CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!Ever since Robin's Financial Credit Union has taken over Persons Bank, I've had nothing but trouble with my account. Their online banking does NOT match up to their own branch computers, nor does it match up to my own meticulous record keeping of all my transactions!! I tried to prove this to Mr. Henderson at the Conyers branch, but he didn't want to listen to me or see that I could prove him wrong. They had taken 12 yes 12 (TWELVE) $25.00 overdraft charges out of my account and refuse to put a single penny of it back, even though I had 100% proof that they were wrong!!! I also had a $1700.00 dispute on my debit card and that never got resolved or even followed up on!!! This bank literally robs its own customers and could care less!! Needless to say, I WOULD NOT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND my worst enemy to use this bank for anything!!!Most of the employees at the Conyers Branch are AWESOME, but management and "customer service" are HORRIBLE!!!

The associates at this Robins Financial Credit Union location seem to care about their customers and our needs! I had a very positive experience! A much closer location to me in Stockbridge, Georgia instead of that long ride down to Forsyth, Georgia!

I waited over 2 hours to speak to a representative to complete a transfer! I have several banks and I’ve never waiting this long to speak with someone.

Update to review: I did receive the call, the representative was very nice and professional. He stated he saw the appointment but was under the impression that I was coming into the branch. He apologized for the misunderstanding and was able to assist me with completing the transaction I needed assistance with.Wondering if I made the right decision to bank here. I have a HELOC with Robins. The closet branch is about 45 min from me. For convenience I like to use online banking. When I have an issue then I would like to speak with someone. Robins have a telephone appointment system. I have set up 3 different telephone appointments, they sent an e-mail and text asking me to check in virtually, which I did. No one ever called!!!! What’s the point of having this system of the institution is not going to use it. When I call the number listed, it goes to there call center. The person at the call center has very limited knowledge. I was told he would send an e-mail to the branch. I’m patiently waiting to see if I get a call back.

They have recently taken over our Bank. The customer service is the WORST!! My card constantly shuts off due to Fraud Alerts, every second time I’ve used it. Spend 30 min to an hour getting it turned back on to have it shut off next time I use it. There customer service response is “just call us back”. Really, like anyone has numerous hours in a business day as they don’t answer 24/7 only business hours. So frustrating and you have to go to a branch to change your pin. Ridiculous!!

My son set up an account with this 2 years all of his money is in here and you can't get in touch with anybody there was no letter sent out to him to let him know that they were changing over he can't even get in touch with anybody consumer federal bureau

I feel has though my account should have more there. I feel in being cyber attacked. Is there anyway you can protect the accounts in all ways.Hi my account is just open without the security questions. What is going on. That's probably why I didn't get my stimulus check somebody is hitting my account.

I have been in Conyers all my life and I have seen a lot of things change, also I have banked at several banks and a credit union, The Peoples Bank is just that "The Peoples Bank" that is the way they treat and service you, even though Conyers has become a big town, Peoples Bank still makes you feel like you are a part of the family and has that small town feel! Keep up the great job.
