Placed online pick up order, said it would be ready in 1 hour. 3 1/2 hours later, order still not ready. I called and they just told me “it’s not ready”. Had to contact customer service for my order to be filled. Went to pick up, and the one person working there was unfriendly and not one customer or other worker in the store. Definitely would not come here again.

One of the worst ran stores I’ve been to. They never have staff working, you have to wait in line for 20-30 minutes to even get help from 1 guy working, customers just left to go across the street to auto zone

You better know what you want and you better know what kind a vehicle you drive. I think they try their best but they are just slow moving and you gotta be a little demanding.

These were the rudest laziest people I’ve ever met, we needed a code erased after spending $60 at the store the day before. Lady behind the counter handed him the diagnostics scanner and told him to do it himself, when then told the man that we didn’t know how and he said that he couldn’t do it, when he had done it the day prior twice. They r lazy, overpriced, and rude and we will not be back

I always received the customer service at this location very helpful and finding Parts if they don't have any stock

Zero help at this store. One salesperson saw me come in, looked away and retreated to the stockroom. The person who offered to help must have been her first day. They barely new what a Toyota was and was mystified when I said the Toyota was a Tacoma.

I decided to work on my car myself, and the ladies here were very helpful and knowledgeable, and what I was looking for. They also were very eager to help me for whatever I may have needed. I’ll definitely be returning as it is close to my home, and the staff was friendly..
