I've got a car with a vampire electric load in it. If I don't drive almost daily it drains quickly. If I don't float the battery it it's gone in a couple weeks. Let it crash more than a few times, it's crusty. Thank gawd for NAPA parts shops and batteries. The crew at Conyers are stand up guys, friendly too; go figure!

Been trying to get someone on the phone for hour then got put on hold and waited 30 minutes, hung up and can't get nobody to answer. Terrible!!!

Bought a OEM fuel pump for 2003 Dodge Ram so I would get a good one like the manufacturer provides, because they are very hard to change. Took 2 weeks to change it, the regulator and new pump was bad. Had to take it back for exchange, Napa charged extra because of they went up on the price of the pump instead of giving an even exchange from a bad part I was sold from Napa. Very upset and will not purchase anything from them anymore unless I really have to.
