Awesome experience with Dion (spelling may be wrong). He was friendly, polite and professional. He offered me a free trial service. He paid attention to details; my sticker was placed at the top of my windshield and every time I came someone had to scan me in. Dion saw that it was an inconvenience and he offered to change that for me without me asking. He took pride in placing my new sticker with precision which I appreciated because the initial one was placed crooked which really bothered me. Thank you Dion was an awesome experience.

Sometimes it’s working fine and this last two weeks it stop in the middle of the wash and it scared me. And sometimes scratches my car.

The young men rarely scrub the car with the brush, some of the vacuums are broken, and there’s not a mat cleaner in sight
Update: The lady with the blonde ponytail scrubbed and sprayed my car today before entering the wash and the wash also had the fragrance.
Update: equipment still failing and employees still unprofessional

The customer service is ok but they have absolutely nothing to clean the inside of your car other than the vacuum no towels no tire shine no spray bottles nothing so for that reason I would not recommend or return again
