I love the entire staff, they’re all great, butttt there is one man there who may need to put down the grooming scissors….My yorkie has been given flawless haircuts in the past. But the last two times (today being the second time) the male groomer there laid his hands on my Bentley things didn’t turn out so well. I specifically told them how I wanted his bangs. But for some reason he has his bangs all types of jacked up. Looking like a middle school boy who just got a bowl cut. I don’t know if he thinks it actually looks good or not, but even if I didn’t show a picture of how I wanted it cut, you should know what raggedy bangs look like and should know how NOT to cut that hair to make it look bad. You don’t need a picture for that. It’s kind of disappointing. But like they say fool me once…

Everyone here was great! Took my Kiara girl for a check up and vaccines and they handled her and her anxiety like champs. They were all so nice to her and were all very helpful to me. Dr Miller was very informative and I can tell she cares about these fur babies! We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Dr. Miller and ALL of her staff are absolutely great with our 2 dog babies! We've been going to this office for a few months now and still satisfied with their work and care of our dogs. My 11 year old niece comes along and is so happy when Dr. Miller takes the time to answer her questions about our pet's care. "Dr. Miller's the best!" she says and I completely agree!Communication is key at this place as not only does the technician come out to explain any procedure that has to be done, but Dr. Miller also comes out and explains everything in detail afterwards. I've been to places where you will see the technician but not the doctor. She and her staff are very compassionate and respectful and because of all of these great qualities I will continue to bring my babies there!

The “nurse” was giving medical advice over the phone. She actually told me to put my dog to sleep. She was rude her tone was rude and off putting. She said it may be time to tell my dog bye bye. I was given incorrect information from the receptionist. I had to make deposits after making my appointments which I have never had to do anywhere else. I would not recommend this place due to the staff that I have dealt with. You can see a full review on yelp.Dr. Miller how nice for you to take the time to speak with me now. The woman that I spoke with was extremely rude not to mention your staff knew about the seizures when I scheduled the appointment. Im the one that told them about it. The fact that you are justifying her behavior is concerning. Please understand that she should not have been the one to talk to me about this especially if I was already told that scheduling was fine and given a date and time to come in. My problem is not the fact that you wouldn’t neuter my dog, I’m a reasonable person the issue is that 1. Your receptionist knew it and after putting me on hold to speak to someone came back and told me that it was ok because he could skip his medication in the morning. I’m the one that called YOUR OFFICE to find out about having my female spayed instead of my male neutered because I was afraid she would be going into heat. This is not my profession so I don’t know how any of this works. 2. The lady that told me that she was your “nurse” and that spaying my female wasn’t going to be happening either even mentioning putting my dog to sleep a dog that has never been aggressive I told her he just started acting like that since the female came and he’s 7. The fact that you are telling me about the issues with the seizures now concerns me because the appointment was made and he was due in the next morning for his procedure. If I would not have reached out I’m understanding that my dog may have died during surgery due to his seizures, something that I already told you guys. The reason why I was even taking him to you was because you’re the one who told me I should neuter him even at his old age also I came to you because I was interested in a new vet since my normal vet had gone up on his fees across the board and I was going to be using your services for my dogs going forward. I told you that as well. I feel that you should have called me if not then later in the evening to have explained the issues in a professional manner since yall made the appointment and your nurse told me that it would be much later before she called me back. I feel that you should be apologizing to me because your staff was wrong for making the appointment to begin with and then I spoke to a rude, brash and insensitive person that had a sound of happiness for all that she was telling me…. You know the kind of person I’m talking about?? Instead you responded in this manner. I stand by my review and I have never in my life took the time to write a bad review but your staff members were wrong. Period. Good day and thanks for your time in responding, it would have meant more to me if you would have done so yesterday, If you wanted to call my name on your reply you should have called my number I would have loved speaking to you. I guess sticking to my other vet proves the phrase you get what you pay for to be true.

I never take the time to write a bad review, never ever but today I am. I would not recommend going to this vet. Originally I was a little put off by having to pay a deposit for an appointment, but I did it for the sake of starting a good relationship with a different vet. I have 6 dogs and because my vet went up on prices I thought it would be worth looking for another local vet. My first appointment went well. I scheduled my dog with epilepsy for an appointment to be neutered because the vet suggested neutering my 7 year old dog during the first visit with a different dog, when I called to schedule the neutering I told the receptionist about the epilepsy she put me on hold and came back telling me that he would not be able to take medication after 12 midnight. I told her that it wouldn't be a problem because he could miss a couple of doses and be fine, she set the appointment and again I paid a deposit. I called a couple of days later because my dog was very excited, restless and hyper trying to mate with my 7 month old female at that time I thought that maybe I should put off neutering him and spay her but I wanted to call and speak with the vet about it and to see if it was even possible to get her the appointment in place of his. I called the receptionist told me that I needed to speak to the "nurse" when I tell you that this woman was rude, nasty her tone was sharp and deliberate. She told me I should put my dog down, she took the time to tell me about epilepsy and what it was doing to my dogs brain (like I did not know this) I couldnt tell if she was trying to impress me or someone sitting beside her while she was talkin to me. She herself knew she was speaking in an awful tone because she apologized without me saying a word. She did all this before she spoke to the vet. She spoke to the vet and told me that her and the vet agreed, like she was a vet, it was such an awful experience that someone that is not a vet would make such suggestions. I feel like this vet probably gives her staff too much lead way to do and say what they want because this person was very comfortable in telling me things I feel that only the vet should have said to me. I mean putting down a 7 year old dog that has never been a problem until I introduced a new female into the family was shocking, even if what she said was 100% true it was not her place to have the 10 minute conversation with me on her thoughts and beliefs. She actually said, I dont know who your vet is but you should be talking to them about this, I told her that I wanted them to be my vet but that, that would not be happening. I think that a recommendation of putting a dog to sleep or as she put it " maybe its time to say bye bye" should have been given by the vet not a staff member this person was insensitive and lacked in compassion and basically disregarded my issues, told me spaying my female aint happening tomorrow and did not offer an appointment. She was just out of line. In addition, again I have 6 dogs 2 are seniors and 4 needed a groomer, I was wanting this vet to be the one handling my dogs. I listened to this woman with a lot of anger and confusion but I let her talk without interruption and I was not rude to her at anytime. I will never ever recommend this place because its obvious that staff do what they want.

They give you exactly what you need to help your pet. They have been great to my fur babies for a couple years now.

I want to first say that I have been taking my pet to Miller Veterinary Services for "grooming only" for one year. The front desk staff are amazing and have always made my pet, and myself very welcomed and comfortable. Today was an exception. I scheduled an appointment to visit with Dr. Miller to check my pet for allergies and a cough. I provided Miller Vet with my pet records from another vet that stated my pet had a very mild heart murmur and did not need any treatment. From the first call to schedule with Miller, the doctor's focus was on my pet having heart disease, a diagnosis never given by any veterinarian. My dissatisfaction with this practice started when I was approached by a young lady who sat down next to me and began asking questions. She never said good morning, or introduced herself. I waited for some acknowledgement and politely asked her who is she? She then told me she was the nurse and needing information for Dr. Miller. I then introduced myself and we completed that intake process. I was brought to a room to wait, and there were at least two staffers entering and exiting the room. The nurse entered the room with a woman who began talking about my pet's heart disease and what is required. Is she a technician or doctor? Again, no good morning, I am ....? I asked her who she was and with an indignant response; she said I am the doctor and owner of Miller Vet. She then asks if I thought of taking my pet back to the vet who diagnosed her. I told her no and then she explained that she establishes a good rapport with owners that have pets with heart disease to avoid combativeness and she is already sensing an issue with me. Why? Because I asked you who you were? Because you showed me no respect as an owner of a pet seeking help? Because I will not be manipulated into thinking I did or said something wrong in wanting to know who is in the room? Because I think I am worthy of being addressed as an adult and customer?I received no comfort level and no evidence of trusting my pet in the doctor's care by the way I was addressed. No one diagnosed my pet with heart disease. My pet was never examined by Dr. Miller, or any bloodwork taken to determine what is going on with her. We start out wanting to do a cardio test which is $600-$800? How about taking a stethoscope and listening to her heart, testing her for allergies, and giving her Bordetella vaccination for which I brought her in? Give me a moment to feel some level of comfort with you. But foremost, you do not enter a room and not acknowledge me and introduce yourself. All I received was arrogance, ego and manipulation. I am not here for that kind of treatment.I had to stop the doctor in her diatribe and let her know to not gaslight me with blame because I asked her who she was and her ego did not appreciate it. I was a first-time customer and would not know who Dr. Miller was. Why is she intimidated by my confidence in asking who she is, after telling me my dog has heart disease and she has never examined her?Once I checked her, she opened her door and told me this would not work. The reality is it would not work before she entered the room. Yet she lacked the integrity to say she did not want to treat my pet because she really wanted to milk me for money about a heart condition not confirmed and she could see I was not open to an unconfirmed diagnosis and expensive testing. I would think she would rule out my pet's symptoms of coughing and scratching by testing for allergies.Dr. Miller is the worst exchange I have ever had with any professional. Her ego left no space to establish trust or compassionate care. If I could give Dr. Miller a zero would be sufficient.
