This MHC needs better management. After having an issue about parts and being promised by management, I was told directly by the manager that he would give me a call about “seeing what he could do about it”. I also notified the manager that I would be in the next day to speak to him in person. He was gone and I was told by the guy at the desk, the issue with my parts happened when the TA ordered them, he “assume” I had been in a wreck and this is how the wrong parts were being sent.
Not to mention after the wrong parts had been sent I was promised a callback on Saturday from MHC parts department who said they were real busy.
These guys received a parts list on 4/18/24 with parts abbreviated and did not hesitate to ask the people ordering the parts what were the abbreviations. For example “RF” could mean Right front “steer” or Right front “drive”. No one bothered to even ask and just sent parts. This cause me to miss 7 days of work along with a manager who lied about calling back. I even reached out to Eddie Davis who is his manager and still no reply.
When I went in MHC in person, I was told by the guy that he assumed the parts were for a wreck. He also looked at the list and said, “yeah, they charged you right.”
MHC in Conyers will not hesitate to charge you for time of servicing your truck but your time means nothing. I spent 7 days on parts coming from them. Lost a ton of money. Still no call back from the manager and was told I was charged right. They were so horrible I could not even respond to the comment of “they charged you right”. One reason is I came to see the manager, not the guy who already admitted he “assumed”. If I assumed as a driver, I would be charged. This MHC can’t even have the manager manage this location. The front desk manages it while he (the manager) dodges you after promising to take care of issues. I can go on and on about the horrible service and response by these guys after buying $9k in parts but, find out for yourself.

The service is once again exemplary because of Ashton. Prior to my last encounter at MHC East Atlanta, the service, quality of work and attitudes were deplorable. This time, while purchasing a "only" dealer part, I had a brief interaction with Ashton.
I expressed to him why I don't have repairs done at their location anymore.
He revealed changes had been made to regain the confidence of former customers, if those customers would give them another chance. One example was, the exceptionally long down time for minor repairs. He didn't make any promises, but said my current experience would be nothing like my past bad experiences. He kept his word and ensured my mechanical issues were taken care of correctly in a very reasonable time frame. Ashton has regained my confidence in returning to MHC East Atlanta. If their other employees follows Ashton's lead, they will lead Atlanta in customer satisfaction and get their former customers back.

We drop truck 3 weeks ago and still nothing, Dealership told us in first week they will do full diognostic and start to fix truck,
but truck was not diagnosed yet! When we checked status of truck they always told us "we will diagnose afternoon or in the morning" and it has repeated during 2 weeks..
We could not reach manager Wyatt during 2 weeks (operators told us that he called us back). Finally we reached him today and he said that specialist will check tomorrow, not today LOL.
We'll see tomorrow and maybe I will change my review, but for now it's worst place for fixing and servicing for KW trucks!!!
