The manager there Jahmerah has been holding it together for the 4 years I been going to this specific store she sometimes runs the other stores too and u will follow wherever she goes because she's so knowledgeable nice and patient always gives a good deal and explains what I'm paying for and she's quick with it too.

Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive staff. I had an issue with an acp enrollment. I've called numerous people at acp, went in to multiple metro stores and even called customer support. These guys had me in and out in maybe 5 mins. They fixed the problem with no trouble at all.

The salesperson told us one thing, then when we decided to pursue said thing, she said she didn't say it. Very dishonest. The service and the phone "upgrade" are both the worst purchase decisions I've made in a very long time. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GO BACK TO OUR OLD CARRIER.I learned my lesson with this experience.Keep my business and my money with what works.

5 star customer service from Nadia! She's very Knowledgeable of the products and helped me pick out four new phones for my family. My only complaint is management had the air-conditioning off. It was hot, stuffy, and with the mask on it's very uncomfortable.

This is a horrible place. The haspanic lady is very rude. I watched her hang up on someone on the phone. She always has an attitude. Her employees were on their cell phones the entire time. Had to wait 20 minutes for help because everyone was in the back talking about a former employee. The associates fought and argue in front of customers about who has to do marketing outside. Very unprofessional.
