I have been a customer since 2016. My account was messed up by metro and I was treated as if I wasn't a value customer. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great service, Great prices. When I dropped Sprint in 2015 and went to Metro PCS, I have never looked back. No constantly calling them due to dropped calls. No rudeness from ignorant customer reps that hate their job and the customers. Sprint was hell. Metro is Heaven!
