Had the pleasure of Meeting both Donte and Mary today. He explained things to me where my vehicle was concerned very thoroughly and he is very pleasant and funny. I truly believe we will be able to resolve previous issues concerning my vehicle. If all goes (as I expect it will), I'll be writing another review

1 star is too many for a review. As someone who has been in the Automotive service industry 15+ years the way they conduct business, communicate and quality of repairs is horrendous. Shop needs to be shut down ASAP.

These guys are awesome. Took my car there after looking into some stuff and couldn't figure it out. Called and got an appointment and dropped it off the next day. Kept in contact the whole time and 2 days later was driving better than before. Very professional and saved me money on top of it! A+

They kept the car for a month and said they replaced the radiator and engine for $2000 but never replaced it at all. Car broke down and was still smoking!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE CROOKS

I just want to thank Mary who is the owner's wife I had a issue where my tire was flat and she came out in cold weather with a handheld pump trying to get my tire with enough air just to be able to get me to the shop so that they could repair my tire. When that didn't work she waited try with me for the road Assistant to come change to the donut. Megaworx always helped me with all of my car trouble and anytime there was something that went wrong fixed it speedily with no questions asked. I would recommend this business to anybody that needs their car repaired knowing that they don't jack up prices and as a single woman that's very important to me.Thank you Mary and MegaWorx

These people are amazing. I got stranded on the side of the road and hadn't a clue what was wrong with my car. They talked and walked me through isolating the possible issue and even offered to come help thankfully I was only a jump start away to getting the car up and running over to this shop. I make it to the shop and they diagnose my car find out it is a battery and at last minute they made a call and got me a brand new battery within a half hour for my 2019 Kia; smack in the middle of a holiday week and rush hour traffic! Another place would have taken advantage of my distress but they were nice enough to waive the installation. Amazing I never had such attentive customer support and experience. Needless to say they will have my business for life and I will be coming back for body work and more mechanical fixes with my car.Services: Auto maintenance
