I moved my things into storage around a month-month and half. And I come back to my lock cut off and the property manager said that he came to check on who the unit belongs to. My unit was broken into by the employee on property. Then the company said it’s nothing they can do. Wow ?

I'm very upset with this location my family has been using this location for a long time and here lately it seems like no one is here even though it says open mon-fri I've come by twice in the last week to pay my bill and there is no one on site I don't know if I feel safe leaving my stuff here anymore

Above and beyond!! Jay really made me feel like the important items I stored here were important to him. I was called more than multiple times to get notified of the status of the unit before it was auctioned off. It’s a breath of fresh air to know that my belongings aren’t just a paycheck and looked at with any prejudice. Thanks Jay!!!
