My wife bought a car here and I have not had any issues with the vehicle. They have also been extremely helpful about the entire process from buying to any questions I’ve had before and after she drive off the lot. Plus they stand behind their product.

Bought a second car from them after the first was totaled in a car crash involving my son. Very reliable company, very decent English gentleman, serviced the cars and sympathetic with payment issues.

The worst used car place ever. I kept wondering why I was getting bit and ate up and was itching every time I got into my car. It’s because the car had bedbugs. They sold me this car like this.

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I PURCHASED A CHRYSLER 300/2012. UNKNOWINGLY UNTIL THE VEHICLE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT IN WHICH THE OTHER DRIVER WAS AT FAULT AND MY VEHICLE WAS DECLARED A TOTAL LOST, THAT I WAS MADE AWARE OF THE HISTORY OF THE CAR WHICH WAS THAT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY IN 3 WRECKS AND DECLARED A TOTAL LOST AND THAT MR. MALYON AND SON PURCHASED IT FROM A SALVAGED YARD AND IT WAS UNDER A SALVAGE TITLE WHICH DECREASED THE CARS BLUE BOOK VALUE TREMENDOUSLY, SO MUCH SO THAT I WAS ONLY PAID $3900 FOR A VEHICLE THAT I PAID A SUM OF $14,400. THESE TWO MEN LACK INTEGRITY AND MORALS. WHEN I CONTACTED THE DAD (MR. MALYON) HIS REPLY WAS AT LEAST YOU DID RECEIVE SOMETHING. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! THAT DOESN'T MEASURE UP TOO EVEN HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE VEHICLE.

Bad company had the car for a month motor went I did not get any money back. or any compensation. I brought brand new thermostat s just before the motor went on me and have receipt did not get reimbursed back.Second of all the company never told me the car was in a wreck it is by law that they must tell u that. Georgia does not have lemon law but I recently hired a lawyer to go after them for not telling me the car was in a accident.

I thought this was a good company based on a recommendation but was wrong. I called 3 times and went up there twice to ask their policy for finding a car for me. I was told $750 deposit for cars older than 2014, $1000 deposit for newer. So I came with $1000 and was told to find the suv I wanted I had to pay $1500. So I left and came back a few weeks later with $1500 cash (as told). He wrote down what I wanted and gave a receipt. Jay told me it would take 2-6 weeks to find it. At 6 weeks I called and the dad said he placed a bid on a car and call back. Next week I called and he said he had it and was working on it. Call in a week. Next week I called and he said he's waiting on a part and employees were on vacation. Next week I called and he said almost done, come see it. I went there and he bought a 2009 escape. I said I asked for a sorento and paid for a 2014 or newer. The dad said if I wanted that I'd have to put a $2500 deposit! I was NEVER told that. He didn't care, was flippant and said let him know if I want it and walked away. I didn't get it because it wasn't what I asked for! I was referred by someone who bought 2 suvs, and 1 car from them and NEVER paid a deposit. She referred her brother who bought a car, no deposit. She referred a friend who bought a suv, no deposit. She called herself and asked what the deposit was and was told $750 for older than 2014, $1000 for newer. They lied. Don't patronize this place!

I got a ticket because Of them . I paid for my tag and they didn't have it ready at the marking point so they made another tag for me which turned out fake cause i got pulled over and they told me it wasn't in the system so i had to go to court and pay , the tag office people told me about them and they have bad reviews about them , plus one of them are rude. The oldest one there is nice and understanding I'm guessing his son is the rude one , also it's going to be hard for you to find good insurance because those cars where rebuild and came from the car max for cheaper price . I researched my car and it was damaged really bad. Ask for a car fax when you go up there so you can let your insurance people know the history . I didn't have my car not even a year and it broke down on me . I never went through that with a used car. And if you ask for an oil change it takes them all day when it doesn't take that long to do .
