I can't stand shopping at Lowe's. If your receipt is 30 days old you cannot bring back your items. I purchased pair of blinds that I didn't open to put up until months later. I noticed the blinds didn't come with the attachment to hang them up. Tried to exchange it and Lowes would not honor it because it was over 30 days since I purchased them.

I don't know why we even go here. They never have anything we are looking for, the staff is not helpful AT ALL.. This Lowe's has really gone down hill in the last ten years. It used to be our go to hardware store and the staff was so helpful, they had everything you needed. Now you can't even find a simple piece you are looking for. Prices have gone up and I get that but to have customer no service makes for a crap yelp review

So I ordered a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Lowes Conyers, Georgia. I got a scheduled delivery date and time of April 1, 2023, between 8 am -12 pm. When the appliances didn't get delivered at 12 pm, I got no notice no email, or call. I figured I would log into my Lowes account to see if there was an update there was a message they were delayed in delivering my appliances and my new delivery time was between 12 pm - 4 pm. Well at the time of this review, it was approximately 630 pm, and no washer and dryer has been delivered. I called the store and that was useless, the person that answered the call had no clue and could only transfer me to deliveries. That was a waste of time because no one answers the phone. I tried the online customer service number and while the rep was professional she could not help since her only option was to call the store as I did. She got the same barriers I did, an employee that was clueless and a delivery section that didn't answer the phone. So here I 'am on a Saturday for at least 9 hours waiting on a Washer and Dryer that is obvious;y not coming, I'm out $1100 dollars but most importantly I lost time on a Saturday that I will never get back. I don't know where the gap is in the Lowes business process that makes things like this happen but this is unsatisfactory. Lowes, I need my money back plus since I can't get my time back.

This Lowe's is unstoppable! Products are not priced. no associates to help you in the departments. absolutely ridiculous. Headed to the next big box hardware store to pay more for the products, but to get assistance and the products.

After giving this location five stars on the day I visited 12/16/2022 I can safely say that after this fiasco they have lost my business. Didn't find the ijoy wave ear buds in store so I decided to order two online since they are listed at $20 ea. Total came to $48 and some change with taxes and I charged them to my Visa card. On 12/17/2022 (next day) I received a call from Lowe's delivery that they were on the way. Driver arrives at 10:29 with one package at which time I state that two were ordered, he looked at his paperwork and said yeah that's what it has on here maybe they will come on another shipment because they may have come from a different store, and he stated that this happens sometimes. Later in the afternoon I check my card statement and I have been charged a total of $163.62. I call Lowe's customer service and Ebony tells me that there was $79 plus delivery charge. When I completed the order transaction the only charge, I saw totaled $48 and some change including taxes. Insane that I would pay 4 times the cost of the product to ship it. I have ordered many items from many retailers and never saw that there was a $79 shipping charge. I am totally disgusted and am asking for my money back, all of it. Keep the ear buds.

My name is Donna WXXX. I purchased a Pella Sliding Door from Lowes in Conyers, Georgia in April of 2022. The chain of events is listed below: 1. Went to the store on April 25 and picked out a door I liked. That was the easy part. Everything from there went downhill. 2. The store set me up to have someone come out and measure my door. Never heard from the gentleman until the last week in May. Had to go back into the store to let them know no one has contacted me. 3. Finally, hear from Greg XXXXX (5/25/2022) he sets a date to come to measure my door. 4. The date came (6/1/2022), he measured my door at that point he advised me I cannot purchase the door I originally picked out at the store because I need something more custom. Suggested I go with a Pella door, it was more expensive but since he is a professional I went with his suggestion. 5. Greg finally returns my many of numerous emails on 6/7/2022 to purchase the door. At that point, I paid for the door but never received an installation date. 6. On 6/14/2022 I emailed Greg once again. He stated an install date cannot be supplied until the product is in the store. Couldn't even give me an estimate. 7. On 6/17/2022 after numerous emails and calls. Someone from installation told me my door won't be available until 11/15/2022. If I would have been made aware of the ETA I would have done something different. The wonderful lady at Lowes Installation Customer Service told me I would have to talk to a store manager to cancel my order. I didn't want to go through the hassle so I said I will just wait. 8. On 10/14/2022 received a call from the Install Group and we set a date for 10/19/2022. Install went great! 9. When going to install the screen door that comes with the door, it was the wrong size. Here we go AGAIN! 10. The installer never contacted the store about the error. I had to...... 11. Was told I had to wait 2-3 weeks to get the right size door. 12. Received a call my screen was in and the installer was coming to install it. 13. The installer comes with the screen, with no hardware (handle, screws, and/or bolts). So to date, I still have an incomplete Sliding Glass Door and I'm not happy. I have never experienced this level of unconcern. I call and call and call everyone puts me on hold. No one stops to resolve the problem they just push you on to the next person. How horrible.! I will never purchase another install from Lowes. When I call I stay on hold, sometimes for as long as an hour. I have talked to the store manager and have not heard anything else.

Is there a way to give negative stars?!? The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. We ordered a fridge simply based on how quickly we could get it delivered, since our old one was completely dead, and the delivery team showed up and said they would have to take the doors off the fridge to get it in the house, and they would not do that. We gave them the alternative of taking it through the living room up about 8 steps. They would not do that either, and told us we needed a 4-man team to come back to get it in the house. That was supposed to be within 48 hours. It's now 3 days later, and we can't even get Lowe's to answer our calls. Do not buy from Lowe's!! They are the worst!!

I have a refrigerator that was placed in my garage by the Lowes delivery on May 30th . Delivery said they needed a 4 man team to get it up a flight of stairs. Refrigerator still sitting in our garage with a lot promises to send 4 man team. Went online to try and return refrigerator so I could get a smaller refrigerator. Message online says no longer eligible for return. The refrigerator hasn't been fully delivered yet. refrigerator. Getting to be a matter of principle Feeling like I'm getting duped.

From appliances to window coverings to gardening necessities, I am able to come here and find everything I need. The sales associates on the floor are helpful and informative. The store is always clean and organized, the shelves are well stocked, the items all have prices on the shelves, and the aisles have signs to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I would recommend shopping here for DIYers and pros. I have used the website to check stock before visiting the store and it's always accurate to what they actually have on the shelves.

WORST LOCATION EVER!! Avoid at ALL costs! I called this location with a simple question which was do you have countertop laminate in store. I was placed on hold the first time I called for 15 minutes, eventually I hung up. I decided to give it another shot and called back again, in which I sat on hold for 30 minutes. Only for someone to answer the phone and say that they were not sure if what I had requested was in stock. I was so frustrated I didn't ask to speak to someone in the cabinet department. I sat on hold again for another 10 to 15 minutes before I was able to reach Josh in cabinets who confirmed that they did have the countertop laminate in stock. Total waste of time and I would never purchase anything from this Lowe's I ended up going to Home Depot avoid this location at all cost. UPDATE: so I get to the location and get to speak with Josh and the very first thing out of his mouth once I tell him what I'm looking for is that they in fact do not have what I was calling about in stock. So now I am out of about an hour on hold, GAS(WHICH IS $6 A GALLON RIGHT NOW) that I spent to travel to the location, and total frustration of having to deal with this nonsense. Spoke with the store manager and the only thing she could say to me was "well we can order it online".Bottom line, stay away from this location. No accountability and they act as if they're too busy to assist people PAYING their money.
