Wish the self check out lines were more organized, they are too long most times and block the aisles. Decent prices and functional store, no complaints except the self check out issue.

Thank you to Rachel, who provided amazing customer care this morning. Although it wasn't her area, Rachel took interest in the item I was seeking and promptly found a great associate (i cant remember his name. Sorry) who was able to locate the item for me from stock. Rachel didn't once make me feel as though I was interrupting her. She provided assistance with a smile and for that small gesture alone, i must say THANK YOU!

My most recent experience today was amazing when I had to have help from the clerk upon checking out on digital coupons that I failed to save on my phone. He was a life savior. I give him a big thank you!

I've shopped at this Kroger for years. There's much they can do to increase the value of the store like the locations in North Atlanta, but the people who work there usually give great customer service... like the young man that's helped me a few times named Jaelon. He's only 17 and is not only friendly, but helpful and skilled. Hope a manager sees this. He deserves a raise because he's not just average! He gave me permission to post his pic today! Keep it up young man! You're going places!

The female security guard with red hair and the male security guard with gray hair are both very unprofessional. There was still plenty of time before closing but they did not want to open the door because it was cold. I then saw them allow certain customers in but not me and my family!? I cannot help but feel extremely discriminated. When I brought this to their attention they began to laugh and were mocking me behind the glass. A manager needs to oversee the closing procedures as I am sure there are plenty of regulations that they are breaking. I just simply needed one more item before Thanksgiving now my Thanksgiving is ruined. Thanks a lot my local friendly Kroger. ?UPDATE: Upon looking at other reviews it is clear I am not the only customer who has dealt with this situation and this "security team"... Hopefully if enough paying customers bring this to the attention of management it will be taken care of properly.

I placed an Instacart delivery for fried chicken and I guess they didn’t have fried my delivery person substituted baked. I don’t blame the delivery person. I blame Kroger for putting out this mess. It should have been dumped not put out to sale.

Unacceptable behavior of your night crew! Tonight I attempted to pay for my groceries with 2 separate cards. Once the first part was completed, I summoned the employee over to complete second. Whatever she did it cleared the whole transaction, however the first pmt completed. I advised her of the pmt showing withdrawn, she walks off without saying anything. I stood 10 min at the register awhile everyone just ignores me. I summon the young lady AGAIN, and she advises me to step upfront ( mind you I got angry customers in a long line glaring me down) . She briefly ask another associate and she shrugs her shoulders advising I don’t know what to tell you and walks off. I’m still standing at register. She continues to work around me, as if I’m not there. I do loudly say HELLO! What are we doing here, and she goes to CS desk. Her and several other associates laugh and play, and even appear to antagonize me with one very rudely saying aloud, she needs to call cash app HONEY. I advise her I’m standing right here and really didn’t find anything funny as I would like to know where my money went or what’s the resolution. She get loud and even RUDELY threatening turning her back to my face. The lack of customer service training and requirements of it is astonishing. I hear many say they avoid this establishment because there is no expectation to be professional and pleasant. This type of behavior should not be tolerated. And corporate will be hearing from me. We should not be forced to pay more for groceries down the street in order to receive respectful treatment as a customer.

This Kroger has one of the friendliest and most helpful check persons I've ever encountered. Rebecca is a 5 star benefit to this location. Especially since they have not fresh seafood department anymore. I had stopped visiting. Run in to pick up last-minute items, and there she was at check out. Every store needs a Rebecca, customers were talking about her in the parking lot. Keep being you, Rebecca, I love you genuinely loving spirit.
