This was my first visit ever to Kohl's. I needed something to wear to my uncle's funeral, and my father recommended your Conyers store. I pretty quickly found the outfit I needed (shirt, shoes, jacket) for a good price, including one item 50% off, and had an excellent check-out experience with Cynthia—simply a lovely human being. We had a nice chat about my selections and the reason I needed them, she smartly upsold me on the Kohl's card without being pushy (I politely declined), and we talked about our families. I learned her firstborn son and I share a first name. Cynthia is a great ambassador for your store and brand. Thanks for a good retail experience, and I hope to see you soon.
