Dr. Trinidad Osselyn is one of the BEST doctors there. She’s so sweet, personable & caring. She will give you a hug when you’re not feeling your best. (Love her) As for the pediatrician Dr. Jackson is hands down the most calmest, patient, understanding & the best doctor I have ever had and still have for my kids. I only trust her medical advice for my kids. Every RN that’s in this facility is always smiling and passionate about their job. I love this location.

My nurse was absolutely fantastic her name is Simone. She was very thorough, efficient, kind and caring. She actually educated me on a subject matter that I had not discussed with anyone else. I found her advice helpful. The doctor that I saw today was new to me and I really like her very much. I think she's very professional and I look forward to seeing with her in the future, when/ if necessary. Her name is Dr. Ezebuiro

I enjoy the service that me and family receive from Kaiser. I feel like my concerns are held and handled in a professional manner. Kaiser provides a one stop shop for services. I would recommend Kaiser to anyone.

I had a great experience with the Conyers Kaiser - the pharmacist and technician went over and beyond the call of their due diligence. The pharmacist multitasked while she was on the phone advocating for my patient assistance card! I really appreciate how she manages the pharmacy tending to all of her patients, overseeing the pharmacy department, and providing an atmosphere of positive business environment! Thank you

The enter staff are warm and welcoming. They are genuinely caring and wants what’s best for you. The nurses are top notch, and support staff are awesome, especially the checkin representative. I love coming here.

It’s not very often that you can go into a pharmacies office and actually build rapport with someone to wear. They can make you laugh or you can make them laugh. That is what I experienced today with Shonda. I also had several questions and whenever I was asked, was there anything else I needed not only did the pharmacist Kiana step away to help me but I did not feel rushed and I know I spent at least five minutes asking questions and getting those answers I really felt more than just a customer. I appreciate that.

The staff at any Kaiser I’ve gone to were very helpful and nice. Even over the phone, if I’ve ever had to call, I always get a helpful nurse to make whatever I’m going through better.

Friendly staff & convenient all-in-one facility. The doctors’ office, lab, and pharmacy are all here, so you don’t have to drive around for everything.

Not happy at all with this place. Nor Kaiser. My daughter came in with complaint of shortness of breath, severe fatigue and dizziness w/ a history of anemia on 05/24 Her BP 88/47. They asked her some questions, swept that horrendous blood pressure under the rug of "oh-you-have-a-history-of-low-bp", took labs and let her go. First of all any good health professional knows that a systolic in the 100's and diastolic in the 60's is low but acceptable and IS NOT the same as 88/47.
She was not treated for hypotension. Simply giving her a cup or 2 of water could have helped. She received no education on hypotension nor the symptoms that should prompt her to go to ER. They did not check her BP again before she left - then just let her walk out of the door.
Did not ask if she was driving or if she felt well enough to do so.
The NP called back with some of the lab results. Told her not to drive and to go to ER. Go to the ER for what? The ER simply told her she was anemic and sent her home. Everything the ER found out in through their assessment/lab is what Kaiser already knew. So what was supposed to happen? A report and orders should have been communicated to the ER.
Some of her labs related to her iron we're way, way low. All she was told was not to drive and to go to the ER. She was not advised to make a follow-up appointment nor referred to a hematologist. No more communication to her after may twenty fourth. I finally made an official complaint.
On the eighth of june. And she magically gets communication from the lpn on 6/12 - almost 20 days later - instructing her to go to urgent care and make an appointment with the doctor.
A 22 year-old black female comes into your office with a history of anemia and complaints of shortness of breath, severe fatigue & dizziness And has a blood pressure of 88/47.
What do you do???? This reads like a literal NCLEX question.??♀️
This was sloppy care. A service failure. Very disappointed.
