The lady was very rough with my hair I came in to get my hair cut into a bob; she continually pulled and tugged and pushed my head around as if she was angry, she didn’t know how to cut a bob I explained how short I wanted my job over and over and she eventually got upset and kept over talking me and proceeded to flat iron my hair and burned my ear completely 3rd degree burn she had no sympathy or remorse for what she had done and walked away from me after she finished flat ironing my hair. Unprofessional as hell! Would not recommend ever!

I’m here now. I came here because it’s up the street from my house. But usually I go to a shop in Marietta. The whole process was rushed. I get the roller set. She blow dryed my hair while it was still wet. My hair smells burnt. My hair was holding heat burning my scalp. The flat iron process was even less than 10 minutes. And also kept biting my scalp. My only issue is stylist not caring about the health of your head. That’s how you gain a client forever! By caring. They closed at 6 I came in at 3:45 while she was putting a roller set in her daughters hair. Maybe that’s why it was rushed. I appreciate your daughter apologizing about the experience, that was nice. But no even the wash was fast and hard. I don’t appreciate it because I work hard for mine. My hair doesn’t look bad actually I just know I have to do more now to protect it from the heat damage I may have to experience. I do hair too! That was unfair smh. It 5pm and I’m home now finishing this review. Let’s be honest what Dominican silk press is less than one hour? I won’t be returning.

This lady uses perm in the shampoo. I was in the chair when a lady called to let her know she put perm in her hair now I am here with my stylist and she smelled my hair before even applying shampoo. I have been natural for 10 years and my hair is destroyed because she used perm in the shampoo. take your own shampoo if you go here. The before picture is my hair with now perm. This is unacceptable......

Beautiful salon and a great hairstylist. I have very thick long hair and stylist usually complain about the work to style my hair. They also charge me an arm and a leg for a blowout. Juana did a great job with my hair and didn't complain once and she's supper affordable. I will definitely be back!Services: Blowdry

Booked an appointment at 11am. But she booked 3 other clients at the same time, so she could took turns doing our hair. Don’t come here it’s not worth the damage to your hair!!! I have a large section at top of my head where my hair is only an inch long and EXTREMELY because she pulled at it so hard trying to blow it out without detangling.Service: Blowouts
