I have have purchased 2 Canyons from John Miles. I get all my service needs done at this shop. They have been fair and up front when I experienced issues with either vehicle. I have been satisfied with the work, the waiting times and scheduling. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and large. The building is spotless. The stuff have been friendly and knowledgeable.

It was terrible. I called to ask about dropping off my car and was told i would need an appt. The next appt was a week away. I dropped the car off on the appt day and was told it would take 3 days to diagnosis and would be called with a cost estimate. After 5 days i still had not received a called with the estimate. i called several times about the car and was told it just takes that long now since the strike and that it was not unusual. Forget the fact that i have been told it would take 3 days and now it has been 5 days plus i had to wait a week just to get an appt. Finally I was told some work had been completed but not the main diagnosis and would have to check with the shop manager. After checking was told that yes it had been done but would need a new motor. Cost for that would be approx $11K. The car has not had any issue and was running just fine - so I don't think the diagnosis is correct and I don't feel confident about having this dealership do ANY work on my car. One issue I had was with the low beam headlights - they said they fixed them but they are exactly like the were before they fixed them. This is just a shame because this dealership used to have the best service....not anymore.

?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️SMH My 2008 Suburban was misfiring So I brought it here. I called August the 25th.And was told I would have an appointment on September 13th I said OK. I was told it would take 3-5 days to Let me know what was wrong with it. It was about 3 weeks before. I got a phone call and that was just to tell me that they had let my truck. Sit there so long that the battery died. And they couldn't charge it and then to also tell me. That because they wasn't the one to do. My tune up that I have now got to pay $300 instead of $150 For my diagnostics, then I was later in formed that it was my fuel injector and that is would cost$1600. So then I was asked. Could I bring in a deposit? Because I couldn't go through the credit app. So this entire time I'm thinking that's all I got to do to my truck. And I will get it back but to my surprise i called yesterday November 3 just to be told that I wasn't properly informed that the mechanic he has now finally put on the fuel injector. But my truck is still not working. So now I'm being told that the fuel injector was just part of the diagnostics. Now I may need a camp shaft or a valve Replacement that it would be best for me to buy a whole. Another engine so I asked will I still be charged $1600 on top of the engine work? And they told me yes, so they basically they just playing the gussing game. And don't know what's really wrong with my vehicle and now want me to just put a new engine in. Because they don't want to or don't have the time to physically find out What's wrong with my vehicle So now on top of the 1600 I have to pay. They want me to pay them to put in a whole another engine. every time I call ms sonja who is pose Be helping me it's never available. Is always at lunch. Will be told to call me back. I haven't received a call back on either number when I go up there. They can not even find my paperwork. Every time I ask a question. They don't know what ask somebody who do. This is ridiculous. This company clearly doesn't care about the customer. They're all about their self and just wanna get as much money out of us. Its to the point that I am no longer having a way to work Because they have had my vehicle for so long it's almost been too Months So how do you expext me to pay ya anything if I don't have my vehicle Because it's just sitting in your garage. Everyone knows there's no bus line out here. So they playing games and wanna hold my truck. I guess the money I was supposed to be puting up to pay them now. I'll be paying the 300 and something a week to Uber so I can keep my job.

I had my vehicle diagnosed and was advised the alternator needs to be replaced. I was advised the cost was $1100 and some change. When I advised I was going to use the BDS service, which allows you to make payments in installments, my cost went up to $1800. Rip off… Second the car was not repaired in the timeframe I was advised. Once the vehicle was ready, I called the night before advising I will arrive in the morning between 7AM and 8AM, to pick up my vehicle. I completed my paperwork the night before with BDS. When I arrived that morning Sandra Boles said she had not received an email that they needed to release my vehicle. I should been advised of that the night before. Okay, fine I have to wait an hour and half for BDS, to open to get confirmation so that I can get my vehicle. I was left standing in the service area in the cold, no one ever said we have lounge you can have a seat, or we apologize for the inconvenience. Matter of fact Sandra closed her office door and left me standing there.I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN TO HAVE MY VEHICLE SERVICED. They will rip you off and be rude about it. GO ELSEWHERE. Horrible Service is an understatement.. Sandra’s customer service is beyond horrible. She has no since of urgency… And she is the Service Manager. AWEFULL

Avoid the parts “manager” if at all possible. Just go elsewhere. I called this dealer because we ordered an illuminated emblem from here which stopped working after 2 months. From the call I was told I would need to show a receipt of purchase and the receipt from the shop that installed to the supposed manager to inspect the emblem for damage before I could receive a replacement so I had it removed so I could bring it in. No problem. Came up to the dealer and was told the manager was not there and would be in a few days later. Again, no problem. The problem comes when I returned to speak with this rude individual. Who tells me that’s not how the process works and that the part would still need to be installed so they could make sure it was wired properly. It worked for 2 months before it quit. I would assume it was wired properly. But he then tells me I need to print the receipt and bring it back and he could send it back in to “them” for a replacement. This was stocked and filled by THIS dealership. But whatever. I leave, go up the street and return with the printed receipt. Handed to the lady behind the counter who hands it to this sorry excuse of a manager. I can hear him ask her with attitude “what are you handing this to me for”. She explains that I came back with the receipt. He goes (as if I can’t hear him) “Well there’s nothing g I can give her. I can just cancel it and it’ll go back to her card”. I give them the part. They give me no voided receipt, no proof that I returned this to them nothing. So I’m just supposed to have faith that this man who apparently hates his job does what he says. I’ll give it a week before I reach out to the GM. Trash.

My wife and I had a really bad experience at John Miles GMC. We had our vehicle towed there to be serviced. Our date to have it there was September 21 2023. As of October the 10th we have not even had a diagnostic test done yet.Every time my wife calls to find out what’s going on, she is put on hold for 30 minutes or more or told that they would call her back but they never return her calls. We have been dealing with Sandra the Service Manager who is unprofessional and rude.So we are having our vehicle picked up and towed to another location. Luckily we didn’t need the vehicle fixed right away because we have other working vehicles.This was a horrible experience. I can imagine if you guys did fix it, how bad the work would be. I don’t recommend anyone to use your Service Department due to a unprofessional staff that’s working there.If your Service Department is this bad I can imagine how the overall buying experience would be.

I went in to have my car service. Sonja greeted me and asked if she could be of service. How nice, I thought. As I preceded to share my needs. She answered an incoming call. She didn't say excuse me, just answered abruptly and engaged in a lengthy conversation. I waited three or four minutes for her to ask if the caller could please hold. She didn't. I walked over to the next clerk after telling her how rude her actions were. The next clerk was nicer but told me they can't even look my car for ten days, and after that, I would need to leave it with them for three to five days. That's absurd! I drove to the next dealer to have my car serviced.

This dealership did a very good job for me. They do not waste time. They take good care of their customers. I will definitely come back to this place for service. Always look for Sonja Brown she is very good and always ready to help.

It was a Horrible experience. As a customer I was never treated with any consideration from day 1. I was ignored and put on hold constantly. I was always told I have other customers I'm working with can you hold, The calls were never retrieved. Or I was told I would get a call back and never received it. They were rude and always felt as if I should know they were busy and you should just deal with it. The worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. They had Our car for 3 weeks jut for a diagnostic. They never diagnosed it. I had it picked up and towed to another shop. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DON'T CARE!

I purchased a car 5/2022 and that experience was fine. I was missing 2 chips and had to come back at separate times to get them installed. These people in the service department are so quick to say you have to come in instead of trying to order the chip. I only have 1 chip left to install YOU HAVE ALL MY CAR INFORMATION IN YOUR SYSTEM JUST ORDER THE CHIP.

I made an appointment to get the oil changed in my Truck I was meet by Sale Manager Kevin Beamon he was pleasant and informative about what was going to happen with my Truck! I want to also manage the Service Manager Sandra Boles she is always so helpful and knowledgeable about so many things that are done at the dealership if you have a question and she doesn’t know the answer she will do her best to get answers for you! So Thank you for all that you do Sandra and Kevin! ☺️

Initially I was informed of the 3 to 5 days for the wait, to get your vehicle serviced. However after the 6 day I was calling to calling to find out the status with no real response related to the stairs, just you have 3-5 days then I informed I’m on day 6. I decided to drive by just to see if the vehicle had moved. The vehicle didn’t move until I called back and had to come up there. Before I dropped off the vehicle I informed the service tech the check engine light was not on but shakes a little instead of him informing me they can’t diagnose it without the check engine light on he took the car let it sit looked at it on the 7th day and said we can’t do anything. But I still had to pay for nothing I will never go back and will forever speak poorly about John Miles Chevrolet, horrible experience

My experience was terrible. I got quoted a price to program my transmission of $310.They called me an hour later and said they could not fix it. So I went to pick it up and they still charged the $310. They were were rude and I could not talk to anyone else that would help me. They said the general manager was the only one and he was in a meeting and could not be disturbed. Once I paid and got to another mechanic. He said that they screwed it up worst. I would not ever go to that place again

Brought my car in for service late June.Asked to check for a parasitic draw. Paid 500 for a battery replacement with tech stating there was not a draw. Picked up car and went to get fuel. Car stalled at gas station. Had to pay for second tow back to John Miles. Tech performed test and did find draw. Couldn't get service department to return fone calls. Multiple calls made to service manager amd she NEVER returned my calls. Only calls I got was from sales people offering to sell me a new car....TACKYAfter numerous calls being ignored, I contacted General Motors directly. The service rep at GM helped, but even she had her calls/emails ignored by John Miles.Well, after 2.5 months, I finally got my car back.I'll be in market soon for a new vehicleWill not consider John Miles and likely not consider another GM vehicle...I would recommend anyone reading this do the same

The service was pretty fast for a Saturday so I appreciated that, as always the customer service was good. I picked my truck from the front everything seemed to be normal so I left. Once I got to my destination which was like 20mins away give or take I noticed something leaking. At first thinking it’s only the a/c. When I come back out a hour later it’s still dripping I open my hood and a part is dangling which I had to snap back on and lock it in place further reviewing noticed that, that part had damaged my windshield fluid reservoir. I called and in informed the customer service representative not about the windshield fluid reservoir but that they did forget to review their work and make sure things were back in place. Maybe I’ll try this GMC again maybe not.
