I have been using this company for years. I Had a oil change from this dealership 3 weeks ago and my car is leaking oil and is making a streaking noise under the hood. I showed staff my picture and the video of what I was hearing. I Dropped my car off on July 18 to get it check out. Staff didn't call me to follow up with the status of my automobile so I called the next day which was to today July 18. The result was that my car is not leaking oil and that I it maybe my water pump. I'm so confused how does water and oil mix. They are requesting to do a diagnostic test at my expense. I'm sure this is a oil leak it is very evident they just don't want to be held responsible for there mishandling of my vehicle. Do not recommend this place at all.

Would not recommend going to , I am in a middle of a lawsuit because the service manger lady is willing to put that whole entire business at risk and that place is letting her . Months ago I got my shift nob done , forgot what the actual name of the part is but it’s the part that controls the park and drive . A few days after I got it done I notice my locks weren’t lifting up when I put the car in park . and reported the problem to them . They said that there’s nothing they can do because they did the work already ,and now months have passed and the part they fixed has came unloose and has broken . I’m going to win the case for sure, but I wanted to just write this and note this because it’s so obvious that this whole entire place is somewhat scammy and customers I hear and see you for sure . Theres so many reviews about this place doing a horrible job on parts and to see them and the service manager behave in such ways is ridiculous and the service manager who is the service manager has been working there for years and just makes the place look scammy . I did not have much money so when I get stuff done I expect it to go the right way not wrong way . The place is barely standing and yet people who are working there are causing all of these bad reviews because the people who work there simply do not care and so people have to suffer . So the only way to go about it is a lawsuit because the place is locally owned . So it makes since why the establishment is the way it is .

I went in to buy a truck Monday they told me they would drop the price down to 51000 (I'm saying they because they didn't even give me a name) and that the total amount financed would be 60k I asked over and over if it was correct they said yes, 60k is all I would pay to bank they showed me the paperwork to prove it but after I got done signing and took truck home I read the paperwork and it said total was 60k and after financing it would go up to 75k I tried to contact them and it was a nightmare when I finally got in touch with finance he said they weren't responsible anymore that there's no cool off period and the contract says I agreed to the terms but I didn't agree to the terms on the paper they printed I agreed to different terms avoid this place it's a complete scam!!

After years of taking my car to get serviced here I was very upset at the offhand treatment i recently received. They kept my car for days and didn't touch it... and when I called to inquire about it they treated me like I was bothering them. I need my car for work, it was only a brake job they insisted that they needed to test it in case it was something else - the car tells you what's wrong with it why do they need to do a diagnostic? After a week, I went back over there, drove to the back and saw my car in a distant parking lot completely unattended so I just asked for my keys back and went to a regular auto shop and got the brakes done in two hours! They cost me a lot of money in car rental and inconvenience for nothing. I'll never go back. I wasn't the only one complaining about the same same thing that day either! What a shame - they used to be great ?

?????"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"This service department needs to be revamped and overhauled. I arrived at the dealership for my routine oil change a little before 3PM. I pull into the bay and I'm the only vehicle there. I wait inside my vehicle for a serviceman to come ask what I needed. NO ONE CAME... After about 10 minutes of watching the service team members walk back and forth in front of my vehicle, I get out and go inside to find everyone sitting behind their counter....even then no one acknowledged me! I had to say "Can someone help me?" Even after then I stood in the door waiting for another minute or so. Finally a gentleman assisted me, but they assisted the vehicle that pulled in AFTER I had been there for several minutes. I only asked for an oil change! The waiting area was empty, so this shouldn't take long. After an hour of waiting, the service advisor comes into the waiting area suggesting that I get a cabin air filter and fuel filter change, he showed me on paper that one was 26 dollars and the other was 48 and the oil change would be 60 and I would be looking at a total in the neighborhood of 130.00. I consented to have the service done. I then waited another 30 to 40 minutes. When he came back. I was ready to Cash Out and leave, but the total the Cashier asked for was over 200.00! I said I'm not paying that and you can take those filters off! I then was sent back to the waiting area. When they called for me several minutes later the cost for an oil change was now 80.51!! I asked why wasn't it 60.00 like he quoted, she then said oh ok it's 66.86. I pulled out of their service department at 5:10PM!! This isn't the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time I've had disservice at this dealership, but it's certainly the last. The fact that many parade around without masks in the midst of a pandemic is horrible and inconsiderate, especially working with the public.

They had my truck 30 days and did nothing but LIE!!! My 2019 Sierra cutoff on way to work 1/18/22 had it towed to JMC was never told about 3-5 day dropoff rule. 1/22 I call to get updat told runs fine and they would check again 1/24. Picked up 1/24 told unable to duplicate. 1/26 died again at busy intersection morning traffic 32 degrees with my daughter. This time GMC sent it back to John Miles. I called and told serv rep what happened. No one told me that they now have a 7 day hold on my truck even since they just had it a day ago. Service manager stated because they never repaired it I had to start all over again. Every update/lie I was told was because I went there. No one calls or answers phone. I was told several different things could be wrong. Finally 2/18 I made my 6th visit and was told they had no new information. I told Sandra the service manager I was having my truck towed and she just said ok let me get your key. WTH? You have lied about your service tech test driving and engineers coming out to test drive to retrieve codes. Blah blah blah. All lies. When the tow truck got there my truck didn't even start. My truck hasn't been touched. They had my truck for 30 days for nothing. Just thankful I was able to borrow alternative transportation this entire time. I made an appointment with Jim Ellis Friday morning 2/18 for 1pm same day. Truck towed and dropped off at 12:30 by 5pm they already called with preliminary update with promis to call back Monday morning with more details. Today/Monday morning they've already called and pinpointed problem and it should be ready by end of the day. I will forever drive the 40+miles to Buford versus the 10 miles to Conyers for all of my service needs. I even filed a complaint with GMC roadside assistance so they know where they are referring customers.

Poor Servicing Center - Please avoid this location for all repairs to your vehicle. I made an appointment to have a tune up on my car. I should have been alarmed when I was told an "appointment" would require me to drop my car off for three days, an appointment!!! On day four, I still do not have my car back and now I being told at 5:00 pm they don't know when they are going to get to it because service technicians are calling in the sick. This is the worst customer service via appointment I have ever had in my life!!!! Stay away...

I had I very bad experience with the service department. They gave me the run around.The first week I went up there because my truck wasn't running right. They ask me to come back the next week because the technician was very busy. I said that will be fine. I came back They asked if I could leave my vehicle I said sure do you have a loaner. They replied no but the is a rental place next door. I went to rent a car think I would hear from them in a day or 2 but a week I was not happy. I called 2 days after leaving my vehicle the receptionist took a message for the manager to call but no one did.The next day I drove to the service department and they still had not looked at my vehicle but I was told they would look at the next day. I said ok and you will let me know what the diagnosis is. Yes we willNo phone call. It was time to turn the rental car back in I payed $600 for a week that is ridiculous.I walked in on Monday said please just back my vehicle around because you haven't looked at my vehicle but they did my transmission was bad.So why did you let me know? Then I said ok it's still under warranty? He said yes. Then I said you are getting me a loaner because I can't come out of my pocket for this. He said yes. He wasn't going to say anything to me. I had to to bring it up. Then he tells me something else was wrong with my vehicle and it is not under warranty. What good is a bumper to bumper warranty? I had to pay over $600 for this.Now I'm very unhappy because I'm out over $1200.Sometimes I feel like I was taking advantage of because I'm a female and I might not know everything about cars but you would be surprised at what I know. I was very patient because I understand everyone is short handed at jobs but 3 weeks is ridiculous.

WORST service department I have ever experienced in my life. I deal with a fleet of service body trucks for work and when they break down I usually get them towed to the nearest dealer for the warranty repairs. I made the biggest mistake ever in towing to this dealership. They have had our truck since the end of June. It is now Nov. 19 and nothing has been done. I had to give them the warranty information 3 times before they finally initiated the claim for transmission replacement on Oct. 19! That means our truck sat there for almost 4 months before a claim was even started. Getting anyone to communicate with me is like pulling teeth. I have left literally dozens of messages and made 3 times as many calls up there, sometimes I get transferred to service and get left on hold for 10-15 minutes before I finally hang up. I have tried both the service manager and another service person, as well as the General Manager, trying to get an explanation of why they have neglected to do anything for so long and continue to ignore my calls.When I asked to get the truck towed to another dealership they told me I had to pay for the diagnostic fee or they wouldn't release it to the tow driver. Why would I pay anything when they have literally not done anything for going on 5 months?The situation is still not resolved.
