An employee stole my firearm safe (it was empty), which I realized almost 2 weeks later when I went to retrieve it and it wasn’t there. I went to the car wash and spoke to the owner’s sister who asked me why I waited so long to report it. I explained to her that I didn’t need the safe before that day so I didn’t know it was missing. She then told me that they run a honest operation and people don’t steal there. I explained to her no one accessed my car outside of myself, my husband and my 12 year old, so it had to be stolen when it was there being washed. She asked me to text her my info and she would have her brother look at the cameras. My husband followed up about a week later and she told him that the owner hadn’t had a chance to review the cameras yet. She also told my husband that they run an honest operation and no one would steal, but then said that the person who washed the car probably didn’t work there anymore. She told my husband they would follow up, but of course they never did. Don’t leave anything in your car if you go here for a wash.

I have been frequenting this location for a few years, but yesterday was my worst experience! They have new people and just don’t seem to give the same quality inside and out. Dust still on dash missing dirt on floor and outside plastic some shine some dull. Please fix this, I don’t want to have to find another place to do a great job!

Service is yet to be seen. I haven't been able to arrive on a day they're open (arriving on 2 or 3 occasions in the afternoon, during the week included). They don't answer their phone (called from Google listing). Them being closed is understandable in some cases because in January there has been a lot of below freezing weather. However, I keep returning, days after freezing weather has ceased and they're still not open and won't answer their phone (no voicemail option). They don't have a sign up even saying they're closed (or if they do I haven't been able to find it), much less when they intend to return (they could have at least said something like "weather permitting" or something like that). If their attention to detail is this off in regard to things like this, I'm not sure whether they'd be good or not at detailing cars.

So I finally decided to try my local detail car wash! I'm not too happy about the service. They were nice but did an awful job cleaning and detailing my car. Seats were not cleaned, inside door handles and air vents were not cleaned. I also had to point out the grudge left on tire rims and they didn't clean the middle console nor gear shift leather. There was alot not paid attention too and I paid alot. Can't do it again.

They did a great job. A slow start that morning, because of being short staffed; however they continued to get clients in and out.

Was able to fit me in for a full exterior and interior wash and detail for the first half of the day, i dropped it off and came back a few hours later, and W O W. What a massive difference with my car. 10/10!!!!!! Definitely recommend for those people who want their car to be babied! I will be coming back!Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I’ve been to this car wash multiple times and they always do an excellent job. Interior vacuuming is my main priority and it’s always exceptionally clean to my standards at the end. Prices are decent as well. I’d love somewhat of a rewards system in place to bring customers back like once you get two car washes, you get one free or discounted.
