“I love HL!!!! Just go. I bake and they have a great selection of decorations, tools, packaging, etc. Whatever your hobby is, they will likely have what you need. The store is neat, clean, and easy to navigate. Everyone there is super friendly. If you shop at Michael’s, which I do, you would probably prefer HL. Or at least I do. Always 5 stars!”

“I made the mistake of coming here for a quick visit with my over-tired toddler.
The staff were incredibly kind and didn't judge me as I tried to quickly find a gift while my kiddo was on the verge of a meltdown. Even though the check-out is self-service, one of the women working bagged my items and engaged with my little one while I was navigating the card reader. If you're that woman: thank you. You're incredible, and we appreciate you.
I won't be bringing my cranky kiddo back (sorry, y'all!!), but I'm looking forward to shopping here solo.”
