My experience overall wasn’t great as far as customer service I spend to much money each time I shop with Hibbett and city gear so I expect the customer service to be superior it definitely wasn’t it was my first visit to Conyers location and just not going there again the young lady behind the register was rude when walked in due to me being there to do a exchange from another store and I still didn’t even exchange it there I purchased the original shoes I went there for and a second pair and took the other shoes back to the original store it was her tone with the whole situation if you don’t like your job don’t work there I hate spending money with these business where you aren’t treated with respect my first and last time at that location and maybe even Hibbetts as a whole to me your employees is the face of the company and she has a bad taste in my mouth

I absolutely love Hibbett sports. Whether online or in store they always have what I want or will order it for me. I love that they offer me points or dollars that I can redeem and use to buy the products. I've recently cashed in my points or bucks and got my son a pair of cleats for free. Can't do that at foot locker can't do that at champs can't do that at finish Line not that I found anyway. Keep on keeping on Hibbett You're doing fantastic.

The cashiers were so busy conducting their own buy/sale transactions that they completely ignored me standing in front of them merchandise in hand. Then another young lady comes to assist while on the phone with another customer and tells them to get away from the register with that. They completely ignored her request and she had to finish my transaction while the 1 dude was sales pitching some non-retro Jordans to his coworker who was laughing at the mere thought of buying them. Overall I understand multitasking just as much as the next person, I work in retail myself, but bro really? When she asked yall to move why not just go to the back room or somewhere other than the register area to conduct your own transaction? Im sure Hibbetts Corporate would love to know that you are employed by them but making side deals RIGHT AT THEIR REGISTER smh. I have had to deal with management and corporate with this location before and I dont think I should have to be treated this way to give my money to yall. And before you ask 'why keep shopping there then?' Its the convenience. I live less than 10 minutes from here and pass here to go to work all the time. Why should I have to drive all over town and use up so much gas just to get good service? How about people do the job THEY APPLIED FOR AND ARE BEING PAID TO DO without being rude?

The store had lots of shoes that other stores were sold out of. It was a nice atmosphere and I got what I needed quickly. The staff was also friendly

It's cold and raining outside and the doors are locked at 11:03 AMWhy ?You just missed a very large Christmas purchase we were about to make at this location for our community drive !!

I walked in an no one greeted me , not one of the two workers at the register came to ask if I need assistance. Someone did come from the back eventually and ask. Those two in the front passed by me twice and still didn't speak or ask if had been taken care of. I think the customer service leaves much to be desired. The woman who did help me though was very helpful.
