Made a reservation and went to get the car, NONE were available. Wasted trip and no options offered

On two separate occasions I reserved a rental and when I arrived they did not have a vehicle for me. This caused me to change my travel plans at the last minute for both trips! Very disappointing! This location is highly unprofessional and does not meet the typical Hertz standards I've experienced at other locations.
