“Good buy on China or Taiwan tools some are good quality and some are good for just light use, just pick the brand and price you want to spend. Hand tools are life time warranty, power tools and everything have 90 day returns or exchange and you can purchase a extended warranty on most all of the more expensive tools. I run a construction business and welding and fabrication services and use some of the tools as it is a good buy when the tools will get damaged on the job are lost and the name brand tools that are expensive don't cover damage so and if you buy harbor freight you haven't lost much and if you buy the extended warranty you can return no matter what happened to tool. Update 1/18/24 picked up a few small tool items needed and was able to use the 25% off coupon on highest price item with no problems.”

“If you're looking for custom cabinets or hardware for drawers then look no further! The customer service and knowledge is above and beyond and the prices are great. I went there with an issue I was having with old outdated broken hardware for one of my drawers. They were able to solve my issue with new slides and brackets. That's something Lowes, Ace Hardware, and Home Depot was not able to suggest those places suggested I find the old hardware online. Well I searched online and came up with zero solutions. When I went to Jones Molding Co they were able to come up with a solution and they even showed me how to install it. Thanks guys I wish I would have started with y'all for solutions and I could have saved a lot of time I wasted with the big box stores. Lesson learned!”

“Normally the service at Home Depot is decent but from a recent trip I can say that the customer server is great, maybe even to great. My family and I were getting a Christmas tree and we had said before that we didn't need a net just a trim since we had parked close to the store. Instead of skipping the net and just trimming it the worker there insisted that we needed a net and that it would help a lot. When we reassured him that it wasn't necessary we were ignored and he continued to add a net on the tree. After checking out I was getting ready to pick up the tree and put it in my truck. Another worker came up to me and asked if I needed any help. I declined the offer as it was a short walk to the truck and I could manage. He didn't take no as an answer and continued to walk with me to the truck. He wasn't holding anything just walking by my side.. then when I put the tree in the truck he continued to stay by and watch. Finally he walked back to the store. The tree was great and the customer service was good too. A little pushy to my liking but overall it was nice. Out of 10 stars I'd say it was a 8.5.”
