“Normally the service at Home Depot is decent but from a recent trip I can say that the customer server is great, maybe even to great. My family and I were getting a Christmas tree and we had said before that we didn't need a net just a trim since we had parked close to the store. Instead of skipping the net and just trimming it the worker there insisted that we needed a net and that it would help a lot. When we reassured him that it wasn't necessary we were ignored and he continued to add a net on the tree. After checking out I was getting ready to pick up the tree and put it in my truck. Another worker came up to me and asked if I needed any help. I declined the offer as it was a short walk to the truck and I could manage. He didn't take no as an answer and continued to walk with me to the truck. He wasn't holding anything just walking by my side.. then when I put the tree in the truck he continued to stay by and watch. Finally he walked back to the store. The tree was great and the customer service was good too. A little pushy to my liking but overall it was nice. Out of 10 stars I'd say it was a 8.5.”
“Their paint dept is wayy better then lowes in conyers. Mr SK. Helped me find the perfect color. We had to dail in the perfect amount of black to my porch and patio grey paint and he helped me multiple times until it was perfect. SK is the man!!”

The store is always clean and organized, the shelves are well stocked, the items all have prices on the shelves, and the aisles have signs to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I would recommend shopping here for DIYers and pros. I have used the website to check stock before visiting the store and it's always accurate to what they actually have on the shelves.”

“This hardware store has been in this neighborhood for many years. The service is always stellar and they always have what I need. Their prices are comparable to the market and what they are selling. I like them having their own parking lot too. This building doesn’t look very big from the outside, but there is a lot packed inside without it being overcrowded. The selection of available products is up there with bigger stores in the area too. I will continue to come here when I am on this side of town.”
