From the time I walk through the door I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Thank you to the manager Ms.Shakia for the warm greeting. Also, omgoodness, Marsha knew her stuff, and she ROCKS BABY!!! Ms. Rebecca and Martinique was EXCEPTIONAL as well. I will always return to Harbor Freight for there EXCEPTIONAL shopping and customer service Experience.

Not enough salespeople to help. They had a product in sick, but it was open. They said it was not carried at their store, but after going home and calling back, it was there. But it is ok.
