Komal was very helpful and friendly. She went through every piece of clothing to verify the tags and fabric. I brought in a lot of clothes and she did everything with a smile. I feel very comfortable leaving my items with her at this location. She did a great job and this is a great place.

Beware of Missing Items at Hangers Cleaners in Conyers
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service at Hangers Cleaners next to Publix in the shopping center at 2147 GA-20 in Conyers. My wife dropped off her clothes at this location on June 15, 2024. When she returned the following week to pick them up, she discovered that three articles of clothing were missing. The discrepancy between the number of items on the ticket and the actual items on the hanger was acknowledged by the staff.
They requested that she return the following week 6-22-2024 to check if the missing articles might be at their other store. Today 6-29-2024, when we returned, the clothes were still missing, and they even suggested that my wife physically go through all the clothes on their moving conveyor track. This was an unreasonable request, as it would have taken all afternoon. We had already been waiting for nearly an hour.
My wife, a professional who purchases her clothes from Dillards, found it particularly troubling that one of the missing items was an entire black and white suit. Despite being regular customers for over two years, we feel that the staff is not taking adequate steps to resolve this issue. Not sure if the changing of the employees caused this issue.
I advise others to be cautious when dropping off their clothing at this location. Consider taking a snapshot of your items to avoid similar issues.

If I could rate this cleaners lower I would!! My husband paid $10 extra and it doesn’t look like they did anything. Definitely lost a customer. Doesn’t look like they take any pride in their work. Awful!

Dragged an old coat out of my closet and took it to Hangers for some stain removal and a button repair. Great price and quick turnaround came with polite service; which means I now have an extra sport coat to wear!

Worst experience. 1st time customer! One blouse, had to go there 3 times! Had to pay up front which I thought odd! Date promised - wasn't ready. Returned 2nd time, spots still there they had to send out again and she swore I had not paid! 3rd time. Blouse came back w same spots! Never again!

I have used Hangers for many years, always satisfied with the quality and and customer service.Paul was fantastic. I'm getting to know Komal, she's growing on me, her profession demeanor gets better and better. She remembers details specific to the customer, will even call to verifyspecial requests regarding pick up date and time. Iappreciate her diligence.
