Conyers AND Stockbridge locations take FOREVER! Have an appointment? Ok, you're going to wait. They always blame it on an "emergency" or "fire" but it happens with almost every appointment for myself or my son.I will be finding a new dental provider next year. Then, the lady at the Conyers location is generally always short, curt and borderline rude... She knows who she is.

So glad I chose them, they very well may have saved my life. First dental office that checked my blood pressure before a routine visit. Good thing too. It was sky high, yet I felt just fine. I immediately went to my PCP where I didn’t get the best news,hypertension! The silver lining, it was detected early… (by my dentist! ???) This practice is so thorough. This silent killer whispered loud enough for them to hear. I am beyond grateful for the staff at Great Expressions.

Dr. Rainford and her staff are so caring, explaining all they do as they improve our smiles (and our bites). I love everything about their office , right down to the music they share. They have been such a blessing to me!

My first visit was pleasant gave me a treatment plan to follow up on but they put me in a room to see the hygienest for a hour to be told oh you can leave and the hygienest never came I was very disappointed

Melinda was great, but I waited for 1 hour to see the dentist and I left without seeing her!! 1 hr is to long to wait without getting an explanation of what is happening .

If i could rate my experience 0 starts I would. For starters, my first appointment was set.. i got to the dentist and they’re closed. Called a few times and no answer. I ended up contacting them on a different day and got through and they said the dentist is on vacation. Cool. NO COMMUNICATION. Secondly, i asked my dentist if he could remove my Invisalign attachments from years ago and he said he technically doesn’t know how to but will charge me $400 to “try”. Thirdly, I got some cavities filled on the left side of my mouth, top and bottom.. and there’s decay inside of them STILL , along with it cutting my tongue every time it swipes by. I went and got a whole entire new dentist who pointed it out to me as did several others. So all that money I spent.. has to go to another dentist to do the same exact thing. Waste of the $ I already barely have!

Customer service is always A1. Melinda the hygienist is awesome. Very down to earth and personable. Anytime I have questions they never hesitate to break it down so I understand. My only complaint is the waiting to get back there. Everything is solid.

Waited a month for a crown, temporary filling has been falling out since day one, and had to go back twice to have it re glued until I finally just bought some glue at the drugstore. I went today to get my permanent and it doesn’t fit (after being there for 3 hours ) and I’m being told that there’s no compensation that they can give me, for having to come back take time off work, gas etc.I was told they weren’t going to charge me again for the crown that I already paid for, She said they are going to pay for it. REALLY!! I can’t EVEN believe that she fixed her mouth to tell me that. SMH.

I'm a new patient and all I wanted was a cleaning. I arrived at 10:15am to complete my paperwork for my appt at 10:30am. After the initial exam and x-ray, I was given my suggested treatment plan (cool) but I was left to wait...finally at 12:15pm, I advised that I didn't want to proceed and left out of frustration because I had other tasks to complete today.A typical cleaning at my previous dentist would take about an hour and 15 minutes tops. That includes examining x-rays. I don't understand why during my initial visit, right from the start the Dr at GE was offering Invisalign treatment, for which I already have a kit, before giving me my regular cleaning. I wasn't aware that I had previously been a patient at this location in 2019 but after my experience today, I can see why I went elsewhere.

My children and myself came from Illinois where we had amazing dentists that treated and communicated with us. They took the time to listen and come up with treatment plans that fit us. My children and myself have had appointments here and each of us have now new diagnoses that we didn't have in the past. They wouldn't listen to my request for a treatment plan. I feel that they are just out to make money with no general concern for myself, the patient, or my needs. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the girl that did my x-rays was super sweet and I actually got a vibe of concern from her. The rest of the office could take a lesson from her.
