Worked with Danielle to get gas for my home , she couldn't have been more helpful and patient with me. she's truly a gift to Gas Incorporated. I've been a Gas Inc customer for years and no one has been more helpful. There are not enough adjectives to describe how awesome she is.

I've been smelling gas and I called Gas inc. The technician Eric came out right away. Him and his partner were a big help. Not only did they fixed the leak but saved me some money too! Then I call Gas inc again to fill the tank and Danielle who is a customer service representative help me greatly gave me a wonderful discount on gas!! I love doing business with this company. Been a long time customer and every time I do business with them I am left satisfied. I appreciate your service, help, patience and kindness. THANK YOU GAS INC!!!

Everyone is very nice from the call from Bonnie to set everything up to be delivered to the driver that came out to set our tank Jared. I have already got tanks set at my grandmothers and my daughter is waiting on the tank to be set. Would recommend to anyone. When calling the new customer line if you get the rude lady in sales just hang up and call back you will get someone else.

We were low on propane the Friday before Christmas. Gas inc was backed up a week and it looked like our Christmas may be a cold one. Thankfully Danielle at the Conyers branch was there to help. So grateful she worked with the driver to keep my family warm…….Go Danielle!

Time to call the Better Business Bureau. I've been a loyal customer for almost ten years, but Gas Incorporated has horrible service and is not trustworthy.Being in a leadership role that deals with thousands of customers and timelines, I see that this management team is not running the business effectively. Address your issues and work towards resolving them. If you have staffing/driver issues, hire more. If you know the winter has a heavy load, plan ahead and have a backup plan. Management needs to have a serious discussion with their staff, set realistic expectations, and keep their team accountable. I know that things happen, but a good management team will anticipate and think ahead to make sure these wintery days go as smoothly as possible. Stop making promises that you don't keep or flat-out lie to your customers.Remember that the same people you're lying to are the ones who will support your business and keep you employed. Spalding Gas, Loyal Gas, and Ferrell Gas are all great options, serve the same areas and better rated. Make the changes you need before you lose more customers to these other companies.

As of today, we have had no heat at our home for 5 days. Our gas provider is Gas Incorporated. It appears that Gas Incorporated only has 4 drivers serving the Atlanta area. A lady named Kathy seemingly from the company has sent some warm expression concerning our lack of gas. Facebook family, what I struggle with is a company that we have been a part of from since 12/02/2016, that this company only has a total of 4 driver!!! A company serving customers across Georgia for 70 years with service locations in Conyers, Calhoun, and Newnan, all locations near me. This company only has 4 drivers?? COME ON!!! Who are they fouling!!! I was told of the 4 drivers =2 have COVID, 1 has death in their family therefore only 1 driver remain. REALLY!!!! My condolences to the driver that lost a family member. The back story is that this gas was ordered on January 14th. We were given a delivery date of before or on January 28th. We ran out of gas completely on Sunday, January 21st. I called the customer service line and no one answered…. So I called customer service again on Monday, January 22nd to tell them about the empty tank and the customer service line. The customer service lady was extremely nice and said she would relay my information to dispatch. I was told to call back at noon to get an update. When I called at noon customer service told me that, our delivery has been put on schedule for today, Wednesday, January 26th. Someone from the company called Tuesday, January 25th in the evening to tell us that the delivery will be made. This morning we were told that our driver left half day on Tuesday. We should have never received a call stating that our gas would be delivered yesterday evening. As of today our gas is on the schedule for delivery for Saturday, January 29th. That might change too!!!Gas Incorporated customers be aware!!! If your tank is half empty call them now because it will take them two weeks or more before a delivery is made in the middle of this unpredictable winter season.

We requested gas from Gas Inc on January 13th. We were told that it might take a while because they had drivers out for covid. We had to endure a winter storm with no heat, but remained understanding. Where I started to loose my understanding was when we were told we would have a delivery on January 24th (after being told we might get a delivery on the 22nd) and no one came. Even after calling in the morning and the afternoon to confirm. When we called the next day we were told we were moved the the 26th. Why we weren't automatically moved to the next day I have no idea. Again we called to confirm on the 26th and no one came. We were then moved to the 29th. No one came. It has been false promise after false promise and people are being left with no heat in 30 degree weather. We now will have to wait until January 31st before we can even call them again to try and get someone out here. It seems that others are experiencing the same thing.
