I have been going to this location for years. But just left here and they are missing 5 of my dresses. I find out after I paid my tab. Then the young lady says the owner just left for a cruise and it could be next week before I can get this resolved. Very unprofessional to lose a clients clothes and make them wait for a solution.

I came yesterday to put a button on a shirt, and she asked me if Friday was okay to pick up; I was hesitant because I was afraid I wouldn't get off in time, so they moved it to today. When I picked up the shirt, I discovered that the shirt was clean; she said they cleaned it for free! With such service, l will not hesitate to use them again; I can highly recommend them

I have taken my clothes here for years and recently I have noticed a decline in their work. Not only have they gotten more expensive, but a few of my garments have gone missing. Instead of addressing the issue, they have slipped in garments that don’t belong to me. I had to negotiate for them to compensate me for my missing clothing.

I was pleased to find a shoe repair place nearby, but my experience has been less than pleasing. I dropped off my boots on June 17, 2107 and was given a pick up date of June 21, 2017.
On June 23, 2017 I called to confirm whether my boots were ready, phone rings to voicemail that is full, drove to the establishment, lady in store unable to locate boots and asked that I return on Saturday or Monday. I requested a phone call, so I wouldn't have to keep driving there since no one answers the phone and voicemail is unable to accept messages, still waiting.
I returned yesterday and today still no boots. Keep in mind this is now 6 days and still no boots beyond the pick up date.
Update to my post: Received a call from the owner a few moment ago, she was not the most polite. Claims repairs are completed in 1 week and the ticket is incorrect. Okay, if that is the case my booths were dropped on on June 17 which would make my pickup date June 24. I was just told the off site repair person is having transportation issues so my boots will not be returned until July 1, 2017 (no sorry for the inconvenience). I dropped them off so I can have them by a certain time, this is now beyond the time frame on my ticket and verbally provided today.
Updated 7.3.17 returned AGAIN July 1, 2017 to be told the shoe repair person is on vacation and did not return my boots. Keep in mind I was supposed to pick them up on 6/24/17 and need them for travel in a couple of days. Still no BOOTS!!!!
Next time I will go to Wesley Chapel in Decatur!
