@Family dollar, count your days.
So, my daughter and I walk to our local family dollar. We walk up, and there are 2 dogs on the outside on the sidewalk. They are on leashes. However, the leashes are extra long and on dog almost bit my daughter. Of course, I'm upset. So, I went to the store, and I asked who's dogs are those on the sidewalk. With no answer from anyone, I continue to walk into the store to get my items. The owner of the dogs was at the register. He proceeds to come to the back of the store where we were asking if I had a problem with his dogs. I told him that I had a problem with where he had them and how long the leash was. He walks into my face, talking about his mess about his dogs. I told him to get out of my face before I had to do something to him. Because at this point, he has invaded my space. The manager comes from behind the counter by now, and he puts his arm in the middle of us. The guy says, "I will see you outside."
By this time, I'm already in fight mode. I walk to get my items. I hear the manager talking to another customer, telling them that I came in wanting to start some trouble. Mind you, my daughter almost got bit by a dog on family dollar's property. So, I said, "I didn't come in here to start any trouble, I was inquiring about who's dogs they were." The manager refused to hear me out. He was more concerned with the tone of my voice rather than the reason why my tone was loud and then put me out. I'm very unpleased with the safety protocol in and on the property of this establishment. The manager didn't even give me a chance to speak before putting me outside with the guy and his dogs. I will not be forced out of a store that I frequent. I have NEVER had any problems at this store besides them not having the things that I need at times. The manager there needs to be written up and investigated for the lack of concern for the safety of the customers. And I also would like an apology from him.

I shop this store often. It's usually stocked and clean the staff is friendly and helpful. I will say some items are incorrectly mark at the shelf because they will ribg up a different price at the register. They usually make the adjustments at the register. But other than this I like the store.

No pricing on ALOT of items. When I asked the store associate how much did the hand towels in front of the register cost, she replied, " I don't know, you have to bring items without a price to the register to see how much it costs. The two pictures posted, every item had no price......think about it. I'm supposed to bring ALL these things to the front of the store before deciding to purchase to see the cost??? Unacceptable!

Stephanie was extremely rude! I was waiting at the counter patiently for someone to check me out and she walks up and checks out a customer walking up as well. I advised her I waiting prior to the gentleman she was helping she responded by saying I’m not a cashier. The gentleman apologized being that I was already in line but she never did! When I asked for a manager she stated she is the manager and walked off. I will also be contacting corporate. I come to family dollar too often and spend to much I rather go to Dollar General the stores are cleaner and staff shows respect.
