I waited at the counter to pay for my stuff for 5-10 minutes and no one showed up. I left my stuff there for the employees to put back when they felt like working again, I recommend anyone who comes here do the same maybe they'll start actually checking people out if that happens.

000000 #This lady is rude and disrespectful I came into Family Dollar me and my son looking for football decoration for his game to make a board I noticed how nice the store was me and my son begin to talk about how nice store was a little did I know this employee stepped out to the owl and called us ratchet I was told don’t come in my store acting ratchet I have been trying to get this young lady name I’ll call corporate no one call me back I finally got a picture of her not for sure what her name is she gave me two different names one was Nikki the other was Aquanetta

The A/C is out so right now the store is very hot. Very little one the shelves and some aisles are congested.

The employees are nice but the store could be cleaner. And I never understand why the store is closed when it should be opened an it is not even a holiday. No sign or nothing on the door indicating they are closed or when they will re open. It is a huge inconvenience.

Disorganized! I left one bag there but couldn't decide what was in the bag. I spent over 70$ and couldn't get help to my car. Bought organization containers. Only 1 register open and my buggy full slowed the line. Merchandise was everywhere and I'm not talking boxes! Stuff was all over the floor. The staff was polite but only one register remained open even when the line backed up. Prices weren't clearly marked. You could pu socks in the shampoo line. Pens in the detergent line. Lots of empty shelves and misplaced items. You have to be buzzed out.

The only reason I went into this place was because I was in a hurry and it was on the way home. When was the last time upper management visited that place? The staff are nice, but the place is in disarray and they supposedly just made some changes! It looks like the food delivery driver just opened the glass refrigerators and threw/stuffed as much as he could in them! Plus the refrigerator vents are dismantled and dirty! WTH?? We do not want these stores in our community!!
