I loved this place when it was owned by Ryan. He was honest and forthright. The new owners - not so much. I brought my MB GLE350 in for a Schedule B maintenance. Paid $325. Then the check engine light came on. I brought it back in. I am told that I needed a new battery and an auxiliary battery (with labor =$1161.72). I knew this this diagnostic was not accurate. I took my car somewhere else (I highly recommend Christian Brothers in Stockbridge... A+). They found that the intake temp sensor was left unplugged by the mechanic at EuroweRx. I do not need to have either of the batteries replaced. The diagnostic with Christian Brothers saved me a lot of unnecessary work and money. They said that the unplugged sensor "came right up" on their diagnostic tool. They plugged it back in and the check engine light went out. It took 10 minutes to figure it out. Why didn't EuroweRX see this when I returned the car to them? Seems quite suspicious to me. VERY SUSPICIOUS. They saw a woman driving a Benz and created a problem to drive my bill up. I'm not stupid. I will never go back to EuroweRX. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES! Bring back honest Ryan! ¡Comprador, cuidado!

I really enjoy visiting this place to have my car repaired. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. Mary, in particular, is exceptionally kind and thorough when it comes to explaining what needs to be done with my car and the associated cost. I don't often write reviews but this one is worth it. Ryan has been consistently honest, knowledgeable, and meticulous. He gets the repair right, if there's anything needing follow up he takes care of it. One thing unique about Ryan's work: if it isn't worth fixing he doesn't hold back. I like a "cards on the table" kinda guy. I have NO reservations recommending EuroweRx

We were traveling for the weekend when the tensioner broke and the serpentine belt shredded in our mini cooper. Ryan at EuroweRx, while he was not able to fix the problem that Friday evening due to not having parts at hand, went above and beyond to help us out. He was able to get the parts in and had us back in business by Tuesday morning. If you are in Conyers or Covington area and need Mini service, EuroweRx is the place to go!

My car lost its serpentine belt some 20 miles east of EuroweRx. When we called, Ryan said that he could get it on, if nothing else was wrong, and send us on our way. After a lengthy challenge with the Tow to get there (that's ANOTHER review to come) he discovered that the problem was larger and wouldn't be resolved that night. He took some time that night to get us to our hotel (because by then all the car rental places were closed) and got onto the car when he got the parts necessary to address the issue. The next morning we had to take the rental on our original destination. When Ryan called saying the issue was resolved we came back and gladly paid the bill and went on our way. 2004 MiniCooper Check engine light rough idle. Ryan’s customer service skills is on point! Listened to all of my concerns with patience as he was extremely busy that day. Dropped the car off so he could diagnose the problem next day called me to advise he found the issue and was able to repair the problem much cheaper then the dealership would have charged. A couple days for the parts to come in and we were good to go. Ryan also thoroughly inspected the vehicle for to ensure everything was in proper working order. I got my oil changed at pepboys told me I had mutiple oils leaks few weeks later I took it to Ryan he showed me where the messes the orange up and this was causing my car to pour oil everywhere... he took time with my car and really looked for the issues it was a small issues which could have caused major damage he found the problem fast and was so honest about it really felt like I had major issues but he took care of it and was so honest he will be the only one who works on my family cars for now on 10/10Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is one of the best shops I have ever taken cars to for engine issues. He rode around each time with me so he could see or feel what the car was doing. That impressed me. Then he told me what should be done and how much it would cost. As a retired law enforcement officer, I tend not to trust a lot of people. Both my daughters drive 2008 BMW 328i vehicles and he has always been more than fair. Over the last few years he has kept their cars running perfect from ignition coils to AC blower replacement. Going forward, not if, but when my wife's MB has a problem, he will be handling it. As for me, I drive a Ford truck and unfortunately he doesn't work on domestics.Service: Engine repair

This was my first visit today. I had my Mercedes ML350 serviced and I’m very pleased. Ryan was super knowledgeable. He’s like the car whisperer. Before I even got out of my car he literally could see , hear and smell things wrong with my car that are undetectable to me. He’s amazing , honest, and gave great customer service.
