After a few horrible experiences with a competitor I am glad I gave Enterprise a try. Professional customer service, great overall experience & no surprises on my final bill. I highly recommend & will definitely be back.

3.5 seriously They have the rudest customer Service ever. Definitely the worst place I’ve ever rented a car from. if you have to rent a car, don’t rent from here because something goes wrong beyond your control they don’t care and they’re rude as hell… I wouldn’t even give them one ⭐️ really..

Got rear ended and while my car is in the shop I was set up with a rental from here. It's been awful. At first they told me they were putting me in a Mustang. Hey, this could be fun! Walking me out to the car they discover it has an issue and can't be rented. Bummer. They put me in a Toyota Camry. It's the worst car I've ever driven in my life, and I used to drive a Geo Metro. But the kicker is that the associate tells another gentleman that she has a Mustang for him if he wants it. I asked why she promised me one but then couldn't deliver and she said she just didn't want me to wait any longer. I never said I was in a hurry, but whatever. So I take the Camry and hate it and it seems to hate me too. My repair date gets pushed out a month because parts are on backorder, so I called to see if I could at least get a swap to something smaller and/or more fuel efficient because this Camry gets 26ish on Eco mode and my wallet is starting to hurt (my car gets 34, and I have a budget to stick to). Called on Friday. Associate says to call back on Monday since people have rented them out for the weekend. Okay, I'll do that. On Monday I get told I have to make a swap appointment to get into something else. So I do that. Show up for the swap appointment the next day and... Sorry, we don't have anything available until later in the day. Then why did you let me set my appointment at this time!! I am beyond frustrated. I get that the real customer is the insurance company in this case (it's not my money) but you can bet Enterprise as a whole will never get a dime of my money, ever. This place sticks! Literally go anywhere else and you're bound to be taken care of better than here.

I wish I could remember the two gentlemen that were there today by name, but they were great! I was coming from an Enterprise in Covington with a horrible, horrible experience and they completely turned it around! They had great customer service, seemed happy to help me and the other customers out there, and for everybody situated in a professional and timely matter. It took me about 20 minutes at the other location to even be spoke to and that’s because I walked out to the parking lot and asked if anybody was going to be with us.. I was greeted coming out of my vehicle at this location and they immediately were able to help me out and get me put in a vehicle with no hesitations or problems. I will continue to only do business with this location when it comes to my rentals! Thank you guys!

The best rental in Georgia, customer service is ? from all of the employees. As I walked in Ms.Breonna greeted me by my name which I felt was so amazing. They treat everyone the same and get things done in a timely matter. In need of a car I suggest them overall

They tried to steal my wallet. Management did not call me when they found it and pretended they "couldn't find my information" (even though I rented from them and they had all of my information including emergency contact).... They would not pick up my multiple phone calls and I had to physically go there for them to acknowledge they had it. Disgusting people. Watch your back and make sure you don't drop anything. Double check the car. People will scam you anywhere these days. I will report them to corporate.

I went to two enterprise and this was my third stop. The first location(Lawrenceville highway) was very nonchalant. The 2nd Conyers(hwy 138)was unable to fulfill my request but was very helpful in directing me to the third and final stóp. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful ?. I will be using the last two locations for sure.

Clearly anyone that uses the 1 star just wants to WARN others to STAY FAR AWAY. Enterprise is conveniently located several place just DO NOT ISE THIS ENTERPRISE. I have used them for years due to my profession. When I say that I mean I am in a enterprise car over 85 days out of a calendar year (membership GGNK98P). Yesterday I was due to pick up my rental no later then 5p they called me to verify I was still coming to pick up. I confirmed an asked then to assure I would not have a truck due to issues in the past. They assured me. I get there before 4. So yes a bit early so I didn't mind waiting. The man that called early was kind and said don't worry I can give you a free upgrade with my membership. He points to a mustang and a Nissan suv. I would have loved the mustang but did not want to pay the additional cost because that is not an upgrade I'm paying lol. I took the Nissan. I left they called to say PLEASE COME BACK THERE IS NO OIL in car we'll just let you take mustang for this inconvenience I was about 15 min away so returned. When I returned they said to let the rewrite contract. I waited for about 30 min. However I had to pick up my child at 5:30 20-25 min away from this location. I'm casually on the phone and notice it is 5P I asked them to hurry because there is a charge for late pick ups with my child. The short haired red/copper hair brown skin. Let's me take a small ford spark to get daughter and return. She said if the mustang isn't ready we will give you this it was a red Hyundia suv I literally went straight to daycare and returned (I got there 3 min late due to this luckily I'm never late and they waived the late fee) I returned. When I arrived both cars were gone and a gray Toyota Corolla is what was given to me. It had peanuts/walnuts on floor (luckily I'm only allergic to almonds) the gas was below E and the maintenance light was on. Before I could pull completely out my fiancé directed me no ask for something different out of fear we will have trouble on our way to Savanah and ruin our trip with our daughters. I stopped car and tried to restart and the car wouldn't start. At this point the employees at the branch were all leaving except short haired women that watched mw from the window and never came to offer assistance. I had to call customer service (they were great) get an Uber home because no other branch was open after 6. Now I have to Uber this morning back to a branch to get another car this takes away 2 days of my family vacation, caused me to be late getting my daughter, heated conversation with my spouse for even driving away with car in that condition. And to top it off I was called several times through out night and woken up crazy hours in the morning BACK TO BACK due to none of my paper work matching not even the current car matched. There's more I have well HAD a pair of AirPod pros that was left and NO one can find yet thanks to apple here we are. So believe me when I say this STAY FAR AWAY. This whole situation really hurts to be honest. The lack of honesty, customer service, and just simple humanity. I had bags and my eight year old. Which I held it together and never even raised my voice at a soul. Like I said I was more hurt then anything. My fiancé is another story.

They have been in a constant back and forth with my insurance company for over a month and I've been caught in the middle. The bill for the car is getting paid. Any time in the past they have called I've answered, even AFTER explaining I work a 12 hour overnight shift so I'm not up til after 2pm. They claimed to have called me but left no message then had the nerve to call my mother while she was at work. My mother, like I stole the car or didn't pay for it. Like I was just impossible to get a hold of. I wish you could upload screen shots when posting reviews. I'm grown and the bill is paid, this is so disrespectful then the little guy on the phone tells me to stop elevating my voice. Sweetheart I haven't begun to yell. Will never do business with them again. And in my spirit I know they are gonna try to retaliate for this review and overcharge me. Just so you know ENTERPRISE I'm making a video when I drop it off and will wait for a walk around because what we aren't doing is punishing the customer for poor customer service. Funny thing is GA is a one party consent state so every convo I've had with them is recorded so keep playing with me. Y'all got the right one.
