This branch was great until my most recent experience. My husband and I rented two vehicles from this location for the same dates we pick them up and hour apart and returned them on the same day nearly 10-15 minutes apart . Upon returning the vehicles on time we were supposed to receive our 300 dollars (each) deposit back . My husband received his but nearly a week had passed and my return had yet to post to my account . No one reached out to me about any of it and when I attempted to rectify this situation. My calls were ignored when I called the direct desk number . I had to have two different customer service reps send messages to the manager to close out my ticket . I had to have my husband call only to be told that I would have any answer by the end of the day . That return called did not happen until 45 minutes after the location close . I was very upset and irritated and I think this incident showed a great deal of inconvenience, inconsiderate behavior, and unprofessionalism .

Very disappointed, had a weekend trip planned and didn’t want to use my older vehicle so I decided to book a reservation online. No where on that reservation or email stated that there was $300! Fee! If they would have I would came prepared. This is a fair warning to anyone looking to rent here. Also they are very slow, it’s gonna take at least 45 min to get you in a car on the weekend at least.

I reserved a vehicle online yesterday. When I arrived I was asked for my drivers license, debit card, place of employment and two utility bills. The gentleman stated it had to be the PDF version of the utility bill. When I pulled it up, one of them was fine but the guy said that the bill could not have a past due amount on it. I have rented from enterprise several times in the past and have never been asked this before. One of the men working there told me I could have a letter of declaration from my car insurance but the other worker turned around and said that they did not accept that. I was not able to rent my vehicle due to this, even though I had my $300 deposit. Two other customers were turned away because they were not able to provide this as well. I checked the website and utility bills are only required for cash and money order rentals. I was VERY disappointed with my experience and will not be visiting this enterprise ever again.

By far the worst enterprise I have ever interacted with. The assistant manager Chris requested gas, light, and electric bill for verification even though I just rented from them for a month. I have rented from enterprise for the last 13 months in the row. Will never return to location. Horrible customer service.

Don't bother. If you are out a vehicle due to it being stolen. These guys charge excessive deposit, 300.00. When it is supposed to be 50.00. Seriously nothing like kicking someone already down. May as well beat them to death!!! Then when you just need 1 more week, nope they say the car has to be "serviced" so guess what, yup ANOTHER 300.00 DEPOSIT 1 WEEK RENTAL OVER 740.00!!!!! What a scam this place is, Enterprise 1711 SR-138SE Unit DConyers, GA 30013. Con artists !!!! My son already lost his car, found and it was damaged, now you are killing him financially, Great Job Enterprise, you used to be the best. NOT ANYMORE, Now you are simply CROOKS!!!

I think the man that helped me name was Gregg, he was friendly, helpful, happy and over all great to work with. It was a clean place. The only thing is you need a bigger place and a bigger, customer parking lot.

They TOTALLY ruined my vacation. I scheduled a vehicle a week in advance, they called the day before to confirm pickup, and when I arrived they didn't have a vehicle for me. The attendant did not offer ANY accommodations and i was told there's nothing they could, even though there was a vehicle SITTING OUT FRONT, that another customer was scheduled to pick up in THREE HOURS. I called the customer service # and was told that a vehicle was available for me at another location. I went to that other location, and not only did they NOT have a vehicle for me, they didn't have 1 single vehicle available at all. I requested a call from management and was told someone would call me, and I waited 3 days without a call. I CALLED THEM BACK and was told once again that someone would contact me...AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE TO THIS DAY.
