I drove a litte bit to check this place out. I like to support independent shops even if I have to pay more. While I respect adherence to the law it can be taken to the extreme. I buy almost 1 gun a month so not my first rodeo. Nice guys decent prices but when I start filling out the form things change. I have tremors with my hands so my handwriting is not readable. I asked for help after said I have tremors. They replied they allowed" to touch it. They also will not answer questions after you start the form. When I finally got to my street address I put down the wrong street(my fault) and they weren't "allowed" to change it. They said they would hold it 30 days. If I wanted a waiting period I would move where they have them. When I left I found the same gun online and it will be here in 2 days. I don't think they cared whether I bought or not. I have never had a gun dealer who didn't figure out a way to legally make it work. Not these guys. It was ridiculous. I guess they thought I was ATF or Hunter Biden or maybe just crazy. Some may disagree but I won't go back. Sorry for such a long review.

These guys are the best very friendly and family oriented they also have the best prices on firearms and ammunition and if need a quick loan this is the best place to go no high interest rates very affordable I love this place

I would like to recommend everyone who’s looking for pre-own equipment, don’t forget Elite Pawn can serve your need. I have been doing business at Elite Pawn since 2021, never once treating different, the owner and the owner daughter Malloy always there to great you with kindness not only that, they’re make sure they employee taking care of your need. I have bought a motorcycle there couldn’t find anyone to bringing it home for me, the owner himself towing the bike to my house that’s how much they treating they customer. They have all kind of equipments there start with Guns, computer, Cameras and many more. Trust me people give them a visit see it for yourself. It’s a friends and family store. I recommend any one to check the store. They have some good inexpensive stuff there.

Not only are they super helpful when you’re in a bind, but they are really accommodating when it comes to paying off your loan and the staff is super friendly. I live way in Douglasville and I would never consider anywhere else! Thanks Elite e pawn!

Good place, good business. I unfortunately had an unexpected expense, that I needed an urgent loan for. I had gone to 6 different pawn shops... and none were willing to offer me what I needed. I was referred to Elite Pawn by another pawn shop... and Elite Pawn didn't disappoint. Immediately, I was met with good customer service, and they were able to offer me what I needed... and surprisingly, the finance charge wasn't nearly as bad as what I expected. They were able to get me in and out, taken care of within 15 minutes. Not that I want to pawn anything again... lol but if I had to again, Elite Pawn would be my one stop. Thanks guys!

Went in there looking for a firearm being it my first time buyer and didn’t get the guy’s name that had slick back hair was glad to help right away and answer all my questions and was very informative on what to do before purchasing one. So I’m taking his word for it and told me how the process goes when I do eventually find the right one for me and can go through their website to have it shipped to them which was a good thing to know. I’d recommend coming here they have a a lot of options/very professional.

Over all experience is 1 star maybe lower, bought 2 guns one for me and my fiance his didn't shoot or fire at all, came back to see if an exchange was possible. Not. He bought another gun and his refund for the first gun was not sent to the right card. Due to their error, finances all out of wack. Hate my experience, won't be back

Excellent selection of guns, excellent customer service, friendly environment, quick and easy transaction, and most importantly ZERO discrimination. This is how you run a business. This is five star service. I absolutely will do business here again! All protocols were followed to ensure that I was not only who I say I am, but also that I am capable of owning the firearm I purchased. The shop is very diverse, so you will feel comfortable buying at this location. I've never been greeted as kindly as I was at this location. Thank you for your service!!

Unlike many local pawn stores these folks have a professional yet welcoming attitude. The history of years of doing business in Rockdale County speaks for itself. A family friend purchased a handgun several years ago and was very pleased with their process and to this day his firearm.

This review comes very late but there was no Google review at the time. Let me tell you about an experience I had at Elite Pawn. This pertains only to customer service and not goods. I love the selection of firearms.Some time ago I came to this store with another firearm enthusiast. I rather large heavy set guy, well he was fat I'll say that. Your typical gun store commando who tries to make any customer feel less than went on me for the simple mistake of calling one firearm for another. He really got a nasty attitude about it. I post this with the hope this location works on their staff customer service skills.

Today my son and I went there so I can purchase my first firearm. Upon entering I was greeted instantly by a very nice younger woman, I believe her name was Mallory. We looked around at their great selection and decided on a Glock. The woman was instantly helpful with all the paperwork and transaction and made me feel welcome. I even made a few mistakes on the form but she was really understanding and helped me out. I really would recommend this place to anyone! Very kind staff and broad choices of ammo and guns. I hope to do business with you guys again soon! Beyond A+

Elite is my favorite pawm shop. They arr always happy to see me bringing stuff through their doors. Very professional and fair. They will try to communicate with me by email or text i need a couple more days.....no problem!
