Sent my son here on Friday. He had a swollen left arm and he was hurting in every joint of his body. He is 21 not normal at all. so they did blood work told him they would call in 1-2 days with blood work. Did not give him any medication at all. I called the office back after I saw his blood work that came in that day and it showed infection. We ended up in the emergency room he had cellulitis and it was in his joint by now. Still this is Tuesday night no call back. That infection can be life threatening if not treated. So basically she left my son to die considering still haven't heard from her . Even after we called to get a call back. I am assuming she thought my son wanted pain medication but much to her surprise he only took one pain medication the first night. He never took another after the hospital gave him some antibiotics. After the first couple doses he is getting much better. Thanks to the emergency room visit . Will be pulling all he family out of here. You guys left my son to die.

If you had asked me 10 yrs ago what I thought of this practice when they were Eagle’s Landing, I would have given a stellar recommendation. However, 10 years later as a patient, I’ve seen too many changes and people go and come all the time. Now, I see its services have started to decline drastically, where it was once patient-center now it is not. They claim to have walk-in service, but you could never walk in and be seen by anyone. They have in house lab services that I do not trust at all. If you become a patient, I’d suggest getting labs done outside of the facility. My last visit they didn’t even want to place a label on my urine specimen. Surely they could have easily been mixed up with someone else specimen. When I inquired about it, I was told that they had it under control as it certainly does not appear so. Everything about my lab results at Aylo Health are incorrect. I crossed reference them with labs from the same week I had from my PCP, Endocrinologist and Hematologist, and the labs at Aylo Health were completely off. I do not trust their lab facility. Katherine Murphy (NP) has been treating me for back problems for over eight years. When I got to my appointment I asked for a referral to get physical therapy for my back and I was basically refused services. As I was checking out, I asked the front desk clerk was there a referral for me, she indicated the NP had not placed the order in and someone would give me a call. In the past I normally received a summary of my visit along with any referrals upon checking out. Well, this time I had to ask for the information because the desk clerk was not going to provide it to me. I left the practice feeling very disappointed. As a patient, I no longer recommend Aylo Health as my first choice of providers for anyone. -Chaplain C. Peak

I had an appointment today Friday December 29,2023 it was a little delayed getting to the examining room because staff was running a little behind. Not a problem because the front desk staff kept everybody abreast of what was going on.The tech and nurse practitioner Neda Jackson Lawson, was very knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns that’s something that we need more of in the healthcare industry thanks very much and keep it up the first class service wait was worth my time.

This was the first time I went to this location. I felt welcomed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My nurse practitioner was very helpful and understanding to my individual needs.

Front staff. Please. Stay. Focused. On. Which. Patient. Is. Pending. To. Be. Called. Back.If it had not been for a particular staff member asking if I was waiting on a ride or not-the staff wouldn't have known and I would have been left sitting in this waiting room for longer.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Aylo. A big shout out to Destiny (Medical Assistants) and Neda Lawson (Nurse Practitioner) for an awesome job. They really showed me that they care about my concerns. Thank you for an amazing staff. Very professional, friendly, courteous, caring and generous.

I took my mom here and she met with nurse Julie for her preliminary screening and she was an absolute delight. She was very kind, patient, and answered all questions I had. She then met with Nurse Practitioner Neda Lawson and what a pleasure she was. She took her time asking my mom questions about her medical history to ensure she received the best care since she is a new patient. She showed interest in not just her medical background, but was also very personable in engaging in conversation to make her feel comfortable. We couldn't have selected a better practice to join in our recent move from FL to GA. I'm looking forward to my visit there as I will be joining as a new patient also.Thanks you AYLO!

I would give zero stars if I could to their office staff. I started to make an appointment on their site but it was not working properly so I called and set up an appointment. I showed up on time and they told me my appt was canceled and that they called me the day before. Claimed I must have provided the wrong phone number instead of taking accountability for their error. One lady apologized while the other acted like it was my error. I was advised by that same lady that I could be scheduled for the following morning and I agreed. I showed up that morning and was told I was not on the schedule. Wasted time and not seen. This would have been horrifying if I had a serious or time sensitive condition. Luckily I was just trying to do a routine yearly check up. I will find another practice with better communication and quality of services.

I like the service at this location and I have been going here for years. However, recently, I have had a problem getting refills on my necessary prescription. Its as if they hold your refills hostage until you come in just to charge you for the visit. I don't know why it is so hard to get my basic prescriptions filled. I shouldn't be forced to come in first. They change doctors and nurses every six months to a year so it isn't like you will always be seeing who you prefer. They need to improve on this and not inconvenience the patients when it comes to getting their prescriptions.

Great job ?? I appreciate the time and patience that both NP Neda Lawson and her nursing assistants. They took time with me the nursing assistant was really great she listen to what I had to say she took notes she talked with me she laughed with me as well as NP Ms Neda Lawson this is a great great place to be.
