I don't who the manager of this store is, but this location is absolutely atrocious. On Friday, September 27th,I visited this location and boxes were filled to the ceiling on every aisle. I also saw one worker who did her best to scan items, but no one was there to remove all of the boxes. I will continue to visit the location on 138 or 278 as they are much cleaner. This location which is a newer one needs a complete overhaul.

I love going into the Salem Road Dollar Tree in Conyers GA!! This location is ALWAYS stocked up with everything I need EVERY TIME I shop at this location & they are ALWAYS friendly & helpful & they have GREAT Customer Service EVERY TIME I visit this location!! Why can't all Dollar Tree locations have this same excellent shopping experience?!?! Thank you Salem Road Dollar Tree in Conyers GA for ALWAYS going above & beyond with your excellent store experience EVERY visit!!

Went here and when checking out the cashier is telling the customers to bag their items! I witnessed various people just grab their things without bagging and leave this is unprofessional we are not at a self checkout to be told to bag out own items. I understand your stressed with your job but don’t be rude to your customers then give them an attitude when they don’t bag their own items you get paid for this.

That bathroom was the worst bathroom I had ever seen. There was dodo on the floor and the walls. Around the toilet base, it was so nasty brown.You could see that no one had taken care of this bathroom in a long time. The sink looked terrible.
The walls even look filthy. The bathroom hadn't been clean in so long that it had nats a lot of nats flying around the small room.
Staff of the store can't clean the bathroom.They need someone else to come clean the bathroom that would be great. The store was fine.

This Dollar Tree needs an overhaul very quickly. It's always very messy. Stuff is thrown everywhere, and they're out of a lot of items as well. I do empathize with the employees because I know that many times they have to stock, cashier, clean, with limited staff. However, the first and important part that can not be overlooked is stocking. Then, people can come in and select the items needed so that the store can thrive. I have witnessed an employee visiting with family, sitting and conversing in the aisle while the store looked like the aftermath of a train wreck. I try to have empathy, but this does not help my point. I try to avoid this location unless I'm desperate.

The cashier barely spoke and I couldn't even hear what she was saying. I understand that Covid is still out there. I had a mask ? on myself, but come on, you got to communicate with the customer.
