The workers were friendly but they work super slow at this location. I should have took pictures to post a bay full of cars with 5 or 6 techs just standing around taking breaks every couple of minutes and it wasn’t even a hot day so I was so confused. As a former retail manager the productivity level here is deplorable and needs to be addressed. I will definitely not be returning here.

I usually visit Discount Tire for all my tire needs but after my experience today, I will not be returning. I purchased a set of wheels for my vehicle and did not like them after they were installed. I requested an exchange for a more expensive set where I should have only been charged the difference between the sets but I was overcharged. The associate, Mitchell, started out as friendly during the process but when I noticed a discrepancy in the amount I was billed for the difference between the two sets, he was very rude. My husband sent me a copy of the receipt that Mitchell printed and when I called him to let him know I was overcharged, he stated "Call your husband because he has a breakdown of the price because me explaining it to you over the phone will never make sense." It didn't make sense because he overcharged me and when I called back to speak with a manager, Mitchell magically found the mistake and refunded me the amount I was overcharged. I'm very disappointed in the level of service received for the amount of money I just spent with Discount Tire. I do not recommend.

Best tire store ever! I've been getting tires from this spot for 6-7 years and never want to get tires at another spot! The staff is super pro for customer service and knowledge.

Not sure if there’s been a change in management recently but we used to always come here. Previously I had left a 5 star rating but a few days ago I went in for 2 new tires and had a horrible experience . Once they started they came and told me one BOLT was going to be broken since it’s stuck and wanted me to approve them breaking the BOLT. They’ve broken a bolt on another vehicle I brought here before and I remember it being under $10 a few years ago so I approve it, not a big deal. Hour and half later vehicle is done and I’m handed the bolt with the stud inside of it ? They try to rush me off and tell me the place across the street can fix it for me, not a big deal…. To them. I call said place and ask them what it would cost to fix it and they tell me because my vehicle is harder to do it can be anywhere from $400-$500, mind you I just paid about $330 for 2 new non expensive tires. So I ask to speak to the manager and long story short he tries to argue that I approved them breaking my stud but I explain to him that I was told they were going to break the bolt ($10 fix) not the stud ($400-$500 fix) and we keep going back and forth, luckily the place I called told me that they break studs often and they can give me a form for them to pay for the repair. So after going back and forth the store manager says fine I’ll give you a form even though we didn’t do anything wrong ? Could’ve just accepted responsibility for their mistake and tried to make things better from the beginning instead of being shady and trying to stiff me a $400-$500 bill for something they broke and try to be sneaky saying they asked for my approval but try to switch the terminology so they get out of paying for their mistake. Plus this is the only place I’ve brought my cars until now so if they were over tightened it was done by them. Man was acting like the bill was going to be paid out of his pocket, they clearly have these forms ready because they do this often, can’t imagine how many people they’ve swindled all this time. Then I had to request another day off of work to go get this fixed asap. Never coming back to this place.

Ronnie and John were amazing. They saved me a ton of money but most importantly informed me on what mattered the most when it came to fixing my multitude of issues. It wasn’t about the money for them. They even went above and beyond to remedy something that would have had me on the side of the road and didn’t charge me for it. Thank you! It’s highly appreciated to find a company that won’t try and get over on you. Thanks guys! O|||||||O

Bought over $1000 of tires from them which includes rotations for the life time of the tire. They lied and said they did my rotation when they did in fact not. (One tire had damage to the wheel well and was still on the same wheel). Crooks. Will not be giving them my business again.

I WENT CAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A KEYLOCK FOR MY RIM . I WENT TO EVERY TIRE SHOP IN GEORGIA IT FEELS LIKE, FROM MAVIS TO PEP BOYS TO THE SIDE SHOPS NOBODY GOT THE KEY LOCKS OFF. AN ALL ALONG ALL I HAD TO DO WAS GO TEN MINUTES DOWN 138 THEY NOT ONLY GOT ALL 4 KEY LOCKS OFF THEY GOT ME A NEW SET OF SLUGS AND TWO TIRES ALL AT A AFFORDABLE RATE FOR MY 2008 DODGE CALIBER. YES OLDIE BUT GOODY !!!!!! WHOLE CREW NEED A RAISE BUT DAVON OR DAJUAN AN THE GUY WITH GLASSES THE MY GO TO GUYS FOR LABOR AND DESATO FOR SERVICE BUT THE TEAM WAS AMAZING..............YAL DID THAT
