I recently had an exceptional experience at Dena Motors. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect car. My salesperson, Ashley, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided several great options.
The entire process, from test driving to negotiating, was smooth and transparent. The dealership also offered a great selection of vehicles, all in excellent condition. The financing team was also fantastic, helping me get a rate that worked well for my budget.
I drove away in my dream car feeling confident and excited. I highly recommend Dena Motors to anyone in the market for a used car!

Not gonna lie... Can't say how things are now as the car business is like a revolving door and the people you make good business with are no longer there when you return... But Chris who was the GSM was GREAT! So was Bradley in Finance... Both are gone now but because of THEM, I had one of the BEST car buying, no sales haggling experience ever!

First, I would like to acknowledge that our experience with Dena Motors was smooth and nice, we love our new car. Unfortunately the reason for the 2 stars is because Dena Motors sold us a wrecked car for $23,000. The frame underneath the car was bent into the radiator and there's still yellow paint and scratches on the grill of the car as if someone had jumped a curb or a yellow parking block. If you look closely under the car, you could see where someone tried to weld the metal together but did a sloppy job. By the grace of God it was only $860 out of pocket to fix. Please be aware when buying from used car dealerships, go to another mechanic and/or body shop to get a second or third opinion and get the ENTIRE car inspected before 3 months later and you're already committed to a huge contract of $23,000.

Man I can’t thank Mr. OG enough I’ve never felt so at ease with purchasing a car before. He definitely goes above and beyond. The entire staff was very pleasant. By far the best experience I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning.
