This happen around May I refill a seizure medicine for my dog and they told me it will be ready in a hour. I arrived 15 mins early and they already have the shutters closed. I’m yelling out hello nobody answered so I walk towards the door all 3 employees trying to sneak out. I told them I was here to pick up the medicine they told me they are closed now. So I told them so why did the lady tell me come back in the hour if ya knew ya were closing soon and the medicine wasn’t ready. Ya could have sent a text to notify me. All 3 employees looking dumb founded. I told them I needed this medicine because my dog have seizures and I walk away. I can’t stand this cvs. They swear you should receive text notifications about medication and half of the time you don’t receive them.

If you value your health do not shop here. Look at this LIVE roach hanging in the nut aisle! Do better CVS! Gross. People, do yourself a favor and get your snacks somewhere else. I couldn’t upload the video, but here are screen shots.

Went to pick up an important prescription. They said they saw it come through, but they had to "order it". She said it would be in the next day. Came today and they still don't have it...never even ordered it. Then proceeded to tell us "you can go to other CVS or Walgreens to find it...Um no maybe don't lie? Waste of time and inconsiderate of others health.

I had a good visit here found all the snacks i needed and the young lady at the cash register was very friendly and greeted me with a smile when i walked in the store !

Customer service at the pharmacy is bad and their service is really slow. This was a year ago. I am seeing much need improvement. Therefore changing from 1 star to 4 stars.

The outside of this CVS is so dirty! Broken mailbox, trash on the ground, the building looks like it hasn’t been pressure washed since it was built just awful and embarrassing. Please clean it up!!

The pharmacy have always been unprofessional and rude for many many years. Been going here for at least 12yrs and I've never had a good experience. Not only do they interrupt you, they even down right argue with you. It's a convenient location and I have minor prescriptions filled so I deal. But they are just absolutely terrible. It be a big zero for me.

Cashier was unorganized obviously the only employee in the store boxes were everywhere. Stock was not put up. The boxes were in the aisle definitely a hazard I was in there to do a return. She was trying to do a passport picture which did not look like it was going well. Then she tried to question me on my receipt didn’t think I had the same phone number and proceeded to question me because I wanted to use a coupon after she did a return and said she couldn’t do an exchange for the same product after I had to wait on her, and then she had to return back to the passport pictures. She was not friendlyAnd honestly, I feel like she was being petty on purpose racism ,bad day ,who knows
