I always have problems at this cvs. There is a cranky old lady, who I assume is the manager. She is terrible. Always in a bad mood. I've seen her yelling at customers more then once. It's surprising to see this CVS still open when there is a clean and kind walgreens on the same corner. I guess it just depends on if you want to hear a fight between customers and associates or not. There is always something going on in this store. I have not once come in to a clean or polite store at this location.

It should be illegal for a pharmacy to close while the store is open. When I’m trying to call to talk to a pharmacist about drug interactions it is frustrating to go through the entire automated system just to learn that the store is open, but the pharmacy is closed. It is a complete waste of time. I’ve called a dozen CVS pharmacy’s and I still don’t know if it is safe to take the OTC medication I need because I’m taking a prescription medication. So frustrated!

I have never had an issue with the pharmacy before until today. Idk who the guy was but he was so rude he did not let me speak and he kept cutting me off when I was trying to get the status for my son prescription ointment. Than he said I had to go to the store for me to provide my son insurance card because it's his 1st time in the system ok I get it but why not give me a call about it. Instead of me waiting 4 hours to see if it's ready or not. They did not call me for that information. And than I asked him if I can give him that information over the phone and he literally was like no we are to busy for that once when he said that I hung up because on top of me not feeling well and my baby not feeling well either I was being treated so rude. It sucks because this is the closest pharmacy o have that takes my insurance and my son ? ? these pharmacy people need to do a little better on how to talk to people even on a busy day.

The store manager and her team were on point. The store was immaculate, neat, and organized. I will frequent this location.

My new grandbaby was having a rough time. CVS had everything I needed to get him back on track and staff was super helpful even at 4:38 in the morning.

MY PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT AVAILABLE. NO ONE CALLED. I CALLED AFTER 24HRS. I WAS TOLD TO CALL AROUND AND IF I FIND IT THEN I CAN HAVE THM CALL FOR THE PRESCRIPTION.I CALLED ALL THE CVS IN THE AREA. CENTERVILLE CVS DID A SEARCH AND TOLD ME TO CALL CVS ON 124 AND I DID AND HAD TO DRIVE FROM CONYERS TO SNELLVILLE. NOW WOULD YOU CONTINUEWITH CVS?I BOUHT A MEDICINE AT CONYERS CVS AND I WAS CHARGED 50.00. I ASKED HIM TO USE GOOD RXAND HE DID NOT. I HAD IT REFILL AT KROGER FOR 11.00. I AM NOT THAT LOYAL TO CVS

The absolute worse pharmacy in Conyers they never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold for 1 hours just to hang it up so when you show up they aren't even busy and ignore the calls I waited for 15 mins because they said it would be ready in 15 mins and had me waiting for over an hour when my meds were dropped of at 9:40 and I had to wait till 7pm for 1 medicine and the pharmacist is super rude and unprofessional this is a pharmacy I highly recommend not to go to I would give them 0 stars if it was an option

The phone etiquette of every representative I spoke with was horrendous. I spoke with one young lady that definitely seemed to be bothered with my trivial requests as she was clearly better suited to be sunbathing in Hawaii than be bothered with this aggravating call about my sons prescriptions. After resolving one issue and being advised to call back to ensure the prescription that was at the wrong location was then sent to the correct one the next rep was worse with the yelling into the phone instead of just clarifying the questions being asked he then proceeded to be perturbed by every syllable I made! Needless to say this seems to be a running trend for all! Not too excited to pick up his medication so I guess I'll put on the full armour of the Lord and walk in prayed up! sheesh!!

Terrible customer service. They are slow. The worker seemed annoyed that she had to help me. She didn't want to answer my questions and was not helpful and being short with me the whole time. This CVS is the worst honesty.

Staff otp and rung up my coupon wrong then when I brought it to her attention she made it seem as if it’s not a big deal because I get to keep my coupon and she continued with transaction instead of fixing the problem. In what world does that even make sense if my intent was to use it on the things I was purchasing at the moment. Will never come here again
