The people at this particular pharmacy in my opinion has the worst bedside manners that I’ve experienced in this profession! The African American Pharmacist and the employees treated me very mean and rudely and he needs his attitude adjusted! I spoke with the Caucasian Pharmacist about his behavior and he promised to speak with his about his attitude but he’s still the same nasty person from day one! I have since found a new pharmacy but I shouldn’t have to drive further from my home because a Pharmacist and his employees have nasty attitudes!!!

I made an appointment for a Covid-19 test and arrived to my appointment today on time and ready to get it done. I am traveling later this week and wanted to be tested prior to my trip. I was informed, "Sorry there is no one here to do the test". This statement makes no sense because the test is self administered. You remain in the car, swab yourself, seal the collection and place it in an outside collection box. Why couldn't I proceed with my test? I wasted my time and gas. I was sent two emails and two text messages reminding me of this appointment. No one thought to call people that had appointments and let them know that it would be canceled or had to be rescheduled? This is terrible customer service. Now I have to l reschedule and hope that I can get an appointment before I travel this weekend. Do better CVS!

Literally the worst customer service for a pharmacy I have ever used. 3 times they have messed up prescriptions. 2 times they have not delivered the medications when needed. When you call to complain, they are nonchalant and just tell you to come pick them up. Well if I had time to go pick them up, I would not have asked them to send it to me. The national customer service line wants to "create a profile" so they can even address your concern. I'm so glad CVS is doing so well during these times that they just do not seem to care about customers

They take FOREVER. Whether you’re in the drive thru or inside at the counter. They don’t care about your time. Don’t come expecting to quickly pick up your prescription.. it’s not going to happen, even if your prescription is “ready”. I suggest getting your prescription made at Walgreens or another CVS location.

Honeycreek CVS...the person that answered the phone is awful. I gave my birthday and full name she continued to say what do you need. Am I confused? Im calling the pharmacy correct, Ive stated twice my prescription. She continued to be rude for no reason. I will have all of my Prescriptions moved...ASAP

Can't give them 1 star over one bad employee so I took off 1 Star for one bad worker. She is a foreigner and when she's dealing with Caucasion people she is very professional but when she's dealing with people of color she's very rude and non responsive. The supervisor is sweet and the other employees are courteous.

Nothing better than your lical drug dealer on the corner they even come in bottles the polixe allow. Unless you got it in a funky manner but you got to be crazy to try that in this day and age. Save it for moreland ave but they hurt ya if you get em.
