I ordered an extra key 5 months ago and every time I call I get the run around. Called today for an update and the operator transfered me to a full voice mail. Called three more times and it was clear the operator recognized my number and sent me straight to the same full voice mail. Horrible customer service at this location so now I have to try another dealership that's further away. Was going to set up my maintenance service here but not now.

Ty was the best I called her on the phone telling her everything I was looking for and when I came in she made the process smooth and fast very professional and she was extremely nice I recommend this dealership to anyone! Everyone was nice from the service to the finance team and even other people working in sales! Great teamwork and thanks for getting me in my new truck!!

I was looking for a used SUV, specifically a 2020 Kia Telluride. I narrowed my search down to 5 vehicles around Georgia. I even wasted time driving 3 hours to Albany, GA to look at a Kia there. Conyers Mitsubishi was the 3rd on my list to visit. Honestly, I wished I had just started there. Talk about a no drama, honest, and transparent experience. I was a serious buyer who wanted to waste no time and I was interested in playing no games. This dealership is definitely worth the time to serious buyers like me who are looking to get a fair deal done. Talk about a first class team, Sales team lead by a great leader like Jay, supported by guys like Larry and Matthew and as professional a finance team as you can hope to work with Prince and Brad. Happy to say my search ended in success with a great car and a fair price. Most of all, it was a truly great experience to work with the guys I just mentioned and the entire Conyers Mitsubishi team. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car with no drama.

Big thanks to Rahzee! He is everything you would want in a representative. He is extremely quick with returning calls and making sure everything is A+ with all customers. He is quick and his word is always kept. Much love to Rahzee! Jay the manager is extremely pleasant and guaranteed his door is always open. Brad did our paperwork and everything went smoothly. He answered all questions and always kept a smile on his face even when it was after hours. Will definitely be back in a few months to Conyers Mitsubishi and see Rahzee for another purchase. A++++++++ ZERO COMPLAINTS. MUCH LOVE TO THESE GUYS!

I’ve been searching for the perfect Challenger for the past few months. I did a search on Car Gurus and it led me to Sam at Conyers Mitsubishi. I applied and within 45 minutes, she was calling me with an approval. The entire team Sam, Chandler,
and Prince were phenomenal with the approval process. I’m a car lover and recommend anyone in the market to visit them, you won’t regret it.

Worse experience and very poor customer service . Wouldn’t recommend dealership to anyone . And they threaten to take my vehicle because they can’t complete there part . Management is no better do not buy lease or finance with this company.
