Transaction was fine but Roman told me my bed liner on my new $80,000 truck would be paid for. Then when I called to schedule it he said that they couldn't work it into the deal after all. Bad service, over promised and under delivered.

I took my car for an oil change on a Saturday first time at that dealer they called and the texted me at least 3 times that day asking if I wanted to sell my car I can make money by selling it and some other none sense. I didn't really drive the car till that monday all of a sudden I here a rubbing sound coming from under the car some where and a clicking noise when I shift in park or out of park before that Saturday I never had one issue with my car. I called them they told me to bring it back so they can take a look at it after they looked at it they're telling me about a code that'd coming up but the wait time to fix it can be about 9 months unbelievable if I did still have a warranty they wouldn't be saying it takes that long beware of some of these dealers they want to sell cars at any cost you ho in for a simple service and come out with major issues it's not about maintaining your car it's about trading it in so they can make more money off of you.

The worst service the mechanics are trash along with the supervisors,clerks, store management just horrible customer service. I spent $ 2990 for a cat converter and radiator flush with an oil change and now my car has a Crack in the manifold and it is overheating. When i took the car in my service light was on but i never had any overheating issues or hoses popping off. After the cat was fixed I was not told about this problem until I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership a second time. I reached out to the management and the store manager no response from the store manager but the supervisors responded back with how much the repair would be on top of what in just paid which was another $1500 this business needs to be shut down. They have horrible mechanics who don't know what they are doing and they don't care. Stay far away from this place. I should have ran when I seen a guy irrate about them doing an oil change on a charger and afterwards the car would not start. I would not dare buy a car from them. Stay far away!!!!!!!!!!

Do not take your cars to this location. Go to the Covington, GA location. Donnie and Reggie have a horrible team. My car came in Dec of 2022 for check engine light. Not only did they have my car almost a month with no update, no one called and said a word I had to pay $4000 for a new engine. Cool. Here we are July for yet again the same problem which shouldn’t be a problem if my engine is new, once again for them to tell me now $1000 for two new batteries, two days later the check engine light comes back on they said now it’s something else another $600 but after I cursed Reggie out $200. TWO DAYS LATER my entire car lights up like a Christmas tree, every light on the dash is lit up. Customer Care is no help. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE. I’m hoping they go out of business and if you have been here every customer will agree and tell you the same. Their service IS HORRIBLE ‼️ Where it shows my gas, it kept flickering as if I was cutting my car on and off and this happening as I’m driving.

I’ve been coming to this deal ship since they were in Conyers and I appreciate every department. We get treated with respect and it’s always a good time when we have to go to the dealership! I thank Terry even though he is no longer there, for all the years and cars he’s help us get. I now give big thanks to DC for helping my family and having patience’s with us! Plus he even gave us training on our new vehicle, what car salesman you know really care about their customers! Thank you DC as well for showing us different possibles we had! Thank you for everyone at this location for always having a bright smile! I appreciate the guys in parts for their integrity! Almost 6 years and we don’t see ourselves going to any other dealership!

Went in for an oil change and fuel filters. The wait was a little extensive, but the customer service definitely made up for it. Their staff is truly extraordinary. Will definitely be back, definitely recommend.

My purchasing process was made easier during an interesting time in life. DC had a great attitude and personality. Those factors were two of they key selling points. We let him know what I was in the market for and left the delivery of those needs to be met by him and the supporting team.This is my second purchase from this dealership and second times a charm. Great job!- A satisfied customer.

Like others have mentioned, If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS - I would! AVOID AT ALL costs. I took my vehicle in for (extended) MOPAR Warranty work. They had my vehicle 5 days short of a month. ZERO - NOT ONE CALL OR TEXT from them. I had to imitate all calls. Placed on hold at minimum 15 minutes if I did get an answer....most time were 20-30 minute total hold times. I have a tracker on my vehicle. Someone one riding around in it last week for over a half hour...have the pix of the tracking to prove it! Is this a test drive? All over town? I can't wait to pick up the vehicle tonight and see how many miles extra are on it now. Also will be very curious if work is even done correctly. Needless to say based on the Service Dept. experience here....I wIll NEVER return, and although I've bought 3 new cars from Dodge in last 6 years......I WILL NEVER BUY OR VISIT THIS DEALER AGAIN! You've been warned. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!

Brought my jeep to get serviced due to shaking, traction control issues. Dealership had my truck for 8 days,spent over a grand truck traction control still not fixed. Brought it back to them for another 5 days they can't recreate the issues the service manager has a serious lack of ownership and customer service. My truck still has traction issues still has the same light coming on. How can you sell jeeps but don't know how to repair them? I would pick another Dealership to get service from because making sure you drive home safely is not their plan

Could not recommend this place any less. Negative starts if I could. My battery died (didn't know that at the time and was scared it was something more serious as every MIL possible had lit up) and they tried to charge me $1000 to replace my regular and auxiliary battery. i was working with Amber and told her I'd only be paying for the diag fee which was at 1 hour. The car sat for 10 days before Amber let me know that was the problem, so i told Amber over the phone that I wasn't going to be going forward with the repair, just the diag cause that's absurd for a battery replacement (07/17) 5:26pm. the receptionist is arguing with me that I'm going to have to pay $450 for the diag. When i tell her that's not what amber told me, she asked me "do you have the recording of her saying that." Excuse the hell out of me? Why do i have to have a recording of someone??? She had an attitude the whole time and it's ridiculous - if it were her car, she'd be upset that a freaking diag fee was double what you were told it was. Anyways, I go to get my car from the lot and the engine compartment and the gear shifter is disassembled after I told amber on Monday that I'd be picking it up that Thursday? This place is a joke and a mess. I'm currently sitting in the parking lot arguing with the damn manager about why and getting pushback on all of it. Don't spend your money here.

Barron did an excellent job. He saw us walking outside and stopped and asked if we needed help or was someone already helping us. He worked diligently to make sure we left with a vehicle, it wasn’t what we wanted but the vehicle we ended up getting had less miles. Herb and Mark helped get our payment lower than originally told it would be. Best service I’ve had and the video on Facebook helped us make the decision to go with Courtesy.

Barron was extremely helpful throughout the sales process and I appreciated him for that , after I sent them a screenshot of another location that was advertising the car I wanted for 29k , they said that they would match it just for them to manipulate the numbers and sell me an overpriced car , I really wanted another car and I was short on time because I had to get to work , had I had more time , I could’ve negotiated better prices for sure but overall I guess that’s what you should expect when dealing with dealerships ??♂️

Jordan and the team was excellent!!! They are very helpful and live up to their name courtesy. It is not your average car buying experience.
