I’m not going to lie I have been ripped off. I traded in my 2011 Chevy Traverse that was paid off thinking I was getting a good deal wrong. My car note is 800 dollars not to mention they don’t want to help me refinance it. So I’m stuck with this 2020 Chevy Equinox with a ridiculous high car note and it shouldn’t be. My car note should atleast be 600 and the vehicle not even brand new. I would rather pay 800 for a car I truly want than this vehicle is nice and all. But folks really need to do better. So many crooked things I could say but I’m not pleased but I’m grateful for a my vehicle. They know they could have did something. Told by Chevy that I got screwed over by this dealership. Big time!!!

I recently made a purchase of an automobile, 2022 Ford Maverick from Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep, etc. I would like to share the experience because it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! First and foremost, I give thanks to: Ryan Simmons, Maddox Simmons, Noah Simmons, and all the really good people that make up the "Courtesy dealership!" This experience of 'looking and buying' was like none of the 12 to 16 other times I spent hours negotiating for an automobile that I needed or just wanted. From the first inquiry with Ryan Simmons to Maddox Simmons showing me to the vehicle I was interested in and finalizing the purchase and signing legal documents with Noah Simmons, these guys were top notch No pressure, just professional and knowledgeable guys, making the experience as pleasant as possible with casual conversation always flowing. I have newfound respect for the automobile buying experience that was a dreaded, almost hated experience before the "Courtesy" experience. Because of the great treatment from these guys, I'm sold to only purchase my future vehicles from "Courtesy Chrysler Dogde Jeep or Courtesy Ford!
I also want to share the "after the sale" purchasing a used vehicle from "Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep." After about 2 days of ownership, I decided to fill gas tank up with "premium octane" just to clean things up a bit, I thought. Most likely, the ethanol percentage was pretty abundant to the quantity I was filling my tank with. Within the next day or less dreaded, "check engine light" showed up. I spoke with Ryan Simmons about other details, tags, title, etc. and thought to ask if their scantool could give me more precise detail instead of generic code that my inferior scantool was giving me. Ryan Simmons immediately said, "we will get that checked out and fixed for you! It will not cost you anything!" I was astonished that they would take care of an issue with vehicle purchased, "buy as is" with manufacturer's warranty over, so I expected to have to take care of the issue. Just had hopes that they would get it "quickly run through service," and their scantool would give me more precise location and problem. Mostly because parts are only offered through Ford Mo Co at around $300/each for emissions parts because the model is still new or young to the market. Ryan Simmons made a phone call to sister dealership Courtesy Ford and told me to take it there, and they would take care of me and my vehicle. And that is exactly what they did! No charge to me for diagnostic, parts, or labor, which would have been over $1000 if I had brought in for service and repair. Ryan Simmons, thank you and to all the great employees at Courtesy Ford that took care of me and my vehicle.
I had the best experience possible for purchasing a vehicle. It didn't end there. After the sale, Ryan Simmons made sure that vehicle was in the best shape possible and stood by his sale! I am humbled by the awesome treatment I was given from you, sir, and the Simmons family at both "Courtesy" locations. Thank you, and God bless!

Chaz and Ahmed were great. I broke down in Georgia returning from Indiana , going to Florida with my new Riverstone RV.
68RFE IMPLODED!!
They arranged a tow to dealer, secured a transmission, installed and I flew into Atlanta yesterday, they sent Buck to pick me up.
Inspected trk, found a billing error which was corrected immediately. Drove trk 500 miles home, shifted great, I didnt get on it at all nice hwy cruise home, great breakin drive.
Anyway, my son whom is in the industry located them for me, CHAZ AND AHMED eased my $$$ pain by performing.
I highly recommend Courtesy.
