I've been going to this location for over 10 years. I have a problem with the staff and contact information on why it is necessary for the cashier to scan your driver's license to purchase a lottery ticket! They cashier said it's a corporate decision and I have been unable to reach their corporate office. The Lottery Office stated it's not one of their requirements. No Answer!! My driver's license do not need to be scanned!!

The girls that work the morning shift are really rude. I stood at the counter for 3 min before asking for help after they both saw me standing there. The tone of the response made me feel like an inconvenience! They both stared but neither spoke to say I’ll be there in a min customer service goes a long way! I won’t be returning!

they have horrible service. all the drinks at the drink machine come outs carbonated. the line is long and the workers dont make it move any faster.

I give it a 1. I have tried to call Corporate to no avail to see why if I buy the container for ice. Why do I still have to pay for ice? Why is the ice much pricier than QT, Sonics, Racetrac, other Circle K's. Why isn't the ice free. My receipt says a dollar and something for a cup of ice but, I use my container that I purchased. This is really awful. Why is there no number for Circle K. The workers are really something else at the Covington Highway location.
