Called to get a price on something from the store to purchase they put me on hold then hung up on me I called again they again picked up the phone then hung up again the 3rd time I finally got ahold of someone again and she told me she really don’t have time to give me a price and that all the other workers were busy helping customers very rude with a nasty attitude they will get no business out of me until they learn how to respect the people keeping them in business!

The female manager is rude and plays game. Bought a controller with a warranty 9n Friday did not work. Returned on Saturday and purchased another one that the warranty was supposed to be on. Still did not work. Called on Saturday spoke to a male manager. He said bring back on Monday. Get there Monday gave half of money back and they forgot to add warranty. Did not honor there word. SCAMMERS. BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT YOU BUY THEREE

The female supervisor is very rude and unprofessional she does not know the meaning of customer service. Its not what you say its how you say it. Everyone deserves a level of respect when coming into a place of business. She showed none of that maybe the manager should retrain her so she knows the value of customer service and that a customers first perception is the business reality.
