“We bought our van here and take it here for service. Today, my son took my husband to a medical appointment and the van wouldn't start as they were ready to leave.I called to see how busy they were with service. Thanks to Franklin, he stayed on the phone until we figured out what our issue was. The steering wheel in our van got locked accidentally and he walked my son through that.We almost had it towed and would have had to get a medical transport for my husband. Thanks for the great service and offering to help when you didn't have to!”
“I was in a car accident so I decided to call Enterprise. I sent an email to be call because my car had been taken to a repair shop already and I needed a ride to the local office. Although, I was not in their city I was closer to them than the one in my local area.
The gentleman worked had to get approval to give me a ride from his manager. I was in pain and there were about 5 people in front of me but it only took 10 minutes to be on my way.
They were so accommodating and kind. They were attentive and knowledgeable. This was the best experience I’ve had renting from Enterprise. I’ve been renting from them for over 35 years so kudos!”
“Great customer service from Craig! He handled my rental and a few others while I was waiting in the office, with amazing energy and complete diligence! I had few hiccups with my card hold due to fraud alerts but Craig remained calm and assured me that these things happen all the time but kept the energy cool and calm the entire time! I appreciated his pleasant tone and cool attitude! The truck we rented for a family trip to Tennessee was a smooth ride with the feel of luxury due to the interior being leather and fully loaded!

They were courteous and got me in a vehicle closest to what my insurance was paying daily. I was in and out in under 15 minutes!
My car was not very clean and that's why I didn't give them 5 stars!”
