Took care of my pets needs. Went above what is expected of a vet at affordable rates.

Okay! Good people! But I’ve had it with all Vets! It’s just a waste of money and time! I brought my puppy here to be diagnosed and see what’s wrong with him! AFTER 4 tests and 4 hours of my life being wasted! They came back saying all test were negative but they still think he has a virus! Even though they tested specifically for that virus and they looked at blood work and fecal test and …. Bazillion other test that they ran! Cost me $400 for them to tell me they don’t know and couldn’t figure it out! Then they offered to treat my pet for a disease he didn’t have for another $1000!! Idk what part of this place is budget but it wasn’t in my budget!! Honestly don’t trust these people and just heal your dog yourself! They will guess just like you would!!

Called and got a price of 110$ to neuter my chihuahua. Paid a deposit and got an appointment. Went to drop off the dog and they said it wasn't scheduled. Smh so I had to wait an hour and be late for work. They gave me a paper that said if I wasn't there at 4 o'clock I would be charged 55$ lol. I left work early to be there and when I got there they told me the dog wasn't ready for pickup lol.So finally I get the dog and the bill was 65 percent more than what we agreed upon. I shouldn't have paid it but I didn't want to cause a disturbance at the time. I called them the next day and left messages with them but nobody returned my call. Guess I got ripped off by these crooks.

Superb professional and extremely kind. I cannot rate them high enough. I have not spent a lot of money there but they went way beyond the call of duty to help me with a semi-feral cat to get his vaccinations. They deserve way more than just 5 stars.

I didn't have a great experience in 2020 when my cat was dieing and I needed immediate help. I wasn't seen, but another story.I recently have been doing TNR work and took advantage of the county voucher program.I must say, I was surprised things went smooth, well & professional.Came back w another cat.He was returned to me in horrible sad condition. Yes he is feral but the time I picked him up and alllll night he was practically asleep....He apparently had a moment coming back to and ran from one end of the trap to the other and busted his nose and his tipped ear broke open and my trap cover was covered with dried splattered blood, bad!! Like when they came out i was like?, his whole head was SOAKED w blood and whiskers and paws.... and his tip was real real bad?it was the most horrible sad scene and they... after she used hand sanitizer, said, sorry we cannot help you.If you take ferals you do have some experience with them. And for safety, a towel wrapped around a hand, a scruff and legs held... all gently, because mind you he is COMPLETELY out of it.... should have been able to clean him a bit. I am very angry any vet would think this is ok to return any animal to the public.they didn't even allow me to speak w a Dr.I'm sick to my stomach. So I called my vet rockdale animal hospital and they at least wanted to see him and they helped me best they could. Thankfully they were so kind.budget vet was up to a point kind, but boy they washed their hands of this quickly and didn't even let me speak w a dr... its just weird to me. I am familiar of feral, safety of staff... but this didn't sit well with me. Especially because I was so hesitant to use them because in 2020 it wasn't good. But that first cat I brought in was exemplary , but that's because everything went as planned, but when things don't, thats when I question things and wonder.

Took such great care of my new kitty! They were able to fit me in same day without an appointment, were transparent with pricing, & gave me great advice for a first time cat owner. The smell everyone is crying about is because they take care of lots of types of animals, including horses & other large animals. Obviously it's going to smell like animals but it's not as bad as people are making it seem. The front desk girl was nothing but sweet & helpful. I think people come in here looking for royal treatment because they bought an expensive dog but want budget services. This place does have a lot going on because they take exotics but a little kindness & patience goes a long way, especially because they're doing their best on short staff. I won't take my pets anywhere else!

This place smell horrible and the staff made it worse. Don't ask questions because you haven't been there before, from the reception desk to staff management; just don't waste your time. The front staff doesn't want to be bothered for new business just existing customers.

Decided to bring my dog to this vet after looking at the Google reviews. Sign in went well waited about 40 minutes to be seen. Upon being seen I was to relinquish my dog over to the vet tech to bring My dog to the back. I requested to stay with my dog while she was seen. They told me it would be a extra charge of $5, which is odd but not unreasonable. I immediately accepted and the vet tech had to go ask the vet if it was okay that I be there. That tech came back to me and said vet was unwilling to accommodate, and that I could make an appointment and come back at a later date. This is odd and I respectfully declined. I expressed my concern and my belief that my dog would be put into a wall crate like a kennel and seen by the vet (like a lab rat), vet tech would neither confirm or deny. Yes I conducted myself in a respectful and cordial manner. No I will not be returning to this establishment. Customers in the waiting room stated that this place didn't used to be this way before C-19 and that they deal with it because of the "Budget" prices. I'm sorry but my Dog is my friend and will not disrespect that bond by dumping her in a place she doesn't know with people she doesn't know.
