DO NOT!! DO NOT USE THEIR BATHROOMS. If you need to use the restroom, please make sure you stop elsewhere before you go to BJs store. The bathroom is DISGUSTINGLY gross! There are pictures from 5 months ago in a review left below and the stalls STILL look this way. Please do not use this restroom.

There service is poor I waited on the phone for 15 minutes and then she came back and said hold on again I waited a another 10 minutes and then the phone start ringing for 10 times no answer I decided to hang up

Arrived at Bjs to pick up less than 10 items soon as I went to check out to receive my receipt the system crashed. Soon after an assistant came to help out.She had to reboot the system which took 38 minutes for them to tell me that it voided my sale. I asked the manager and the general manager what can they do to compensate me for my loss of time they both said they don’t do that and in other words they don’t care not even an apology worst customer service ever at this Bjs.Never happened before in other locations.Thanks for wasting my time with your piss poor customer service Bjs in Conyers Ga

My family and I got a membership here a what a big disappointment to see that they sell damaged and molded produce & amongst other things.The strawberries were full of mold and the grapes were soggy & brown. Just say it was a waste to get the membership and my family won’t be back. We will continue @ Sams club

Must be under new management. The service has really gotten bad. Clerks with horrible attitudes, who walk past you even when you have questions.

There is plenty of food here that is near expiration by a month and is still stocked on the shelf. Many of frozen food is freezer burned. Also, I purchased an 18 pack of Chobani yogurt that smelled sour and was exchanged for a different brand of yogurt.
Currently, I have a variety pack of Hillshire Farms Turkey and Ham in the fridge that smells sour, but it the expiration date is May 28, 2024.
Finally, I purchased a two pack of Swaggerty’s sausage on April 17 of 2024 and froze immediately when I arrived home. The sausages appear very suspect after the first couple days of storage. I recommend visiting other BJ’s locations.

Prices are cheaper at Walmart on almost everything you just have to buy double at Walmart but it’s worth it. The only benefit of this place is the gas prices but that’s just barely worth it. I have been a member for several years this will be my last year. Dumb founded to price check 60 count eggs ten dollars more here than Walmart, rice is about 5-10 bucks more for the same amount and type. Just a waste of money to pay the membership.

Never understood how they have workers and no one never answer the phone and if they do they say hold and after 10 minutes of holding they hang up the phone. And folks crying about robots taken over hell I see why.

Great items, but the lady at the front with short blonde hair treats customers TERRIBLE. She acted very inconvenienced to have to assist with the self check out because it wasn't scanning properly. When I asked a question about an item, she answered with a very condescending tone and was extremely rude. I understand people may not like their jobs, but I have NEVER been treated this rudely by front end staff for merely checking out. Do not shop here if you want to be treated like a human!
